    Great video - and thanks for posting it. As a former farm worker, I made snake fences years ago. They're often made out of leftover tree cutoffs, especially cedar. The almost 90 degree nature of Warlord's fences is pretty outrageous and rare. In real life, as on the game table, these versions take up way too much width. At most, our snake fences were 30-45 degrees with each intersection. They will stand forever bc they're cedar - and will take much less to maintain as things grow up around them. I turned my Warlord fences into livestock pens.

      Thanks for watching. I was always wondering about the right angle and you are right about the space used up on the table. Are snake fences still used much?

      @@bigbattleslittleworlds No - they're only for people looking for a deliberate, rustic look. In this era of tractors and post hole diggers - they're just too much work.

    If you break off the last vertical support beam on the fence models with 3 pieces, you can make them 45 degrees etc. I like that better than 90 degrees
