    Makes 10
    Prep time: 5 mins
    Cook time: 10 mins
    Ingredients:
    10 Eggs
    4 Tbsp of Mayo
2 Tbsp of Sweet Pickle Relish
1 1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
    Dash of Tabasco
    Small Pinch of Salt
    2 Tsp of Grated Onion
    Process,
    1) Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Let them come to a rolling boil, turn the heat off and let the eggs sit covered in the hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse them under cold water until they are cooled to handle (do this either the morning of or the day before) pop them in the fridge to cool completely.
    2) Peel your eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolk and pop the yolks in a bowl and place the whites on a platter.
    3) With a fork or potato masher, mash the yolks really well, then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together until you have a smooth mixture.
    4) Spoon the filling into the eggs or if you’re feeling fancy, fill a piping bag with the filling (make sure the bag is fitted with a star tip) and pipe the filling in the egg whites.
    5) Sprinkle the top with a little paprika and either dig in right away or allow them to set (covered) in the fridge for a while.

I don't like how rude some of the commenters are saying Laura is annoying. I actually like these long videos because maybe you haven't heard but there are things called TIPS and ADVICE she gives and also I like the stories she has since its what makes her well her. So i highly advise that if you don't like this video or any other then get off and find something else to entertain your mind.

I loved them!! I adore deviled eggs, I was trying to explain in detail the flavor and texture of them that's why my faced looked a little strange haha I did pop them in the fridge for a couple of hours so the flavors blend even better and trust me when I tell you that we wiped that plate clean afterwards! :)

I love your cooking videos Ms. Laura. I've watched so many cooking videos and most of them are very very short because they cut so many parts while cooking. But you chose to use the cooking time to give tips and share your experience to avoid mistakes. I find that very nice and... You're never boring. I like how natural you are. I love how you enjoy cooking and I super appreciate your time and effort for sharing easy to make yet so wonderful recipes.

I like how she is honest with her food like other chefs would taste their junk and be like "mmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhmmm ooooo mmmm oh my goodness, ohh mmm mn nn yea, that's woow...!!" And Laura is more of a realistic kind and says exactly what she tastes and feels. That's some good cooker right there!

I cook extra eggs just for the yolk so the filling is overflowing. Maybe 30% to 40% more eggs for the yolk. the excess cooked whites that I don't use I blend and add to meatloaf or potato salad etc. makes the deviled eggs look incredible with all that filling

just a suggestion, just sweet pickles instead. dice them up and use the same amount. the texture(teeny bit of crunch) they provide is much nicer to me than sweet relish. i have done it both ways and did not realize it made that big of a difference... to me it did.

Also, I haven't peeled a boiled egg in years. I cut them in half and scoop them out with a spoon. Works great.

i dont agree with the top comment. If you find it so annoying then go find another video to watch with the deviled eggs, or in general.

Very nice! I make these and add some Blue Crab meat that we catch here in MD also some Texas Pete hot sauce and a bit of Old Bay or J.O. seafood seasoning.

Laura; My Mom's recipe used Underwoods Deviled Ham and they were always great. I am sorry I did not get that old favorite of mine before she passed.
