      well… no haha I stopped freestyle movements like 1,5 year. Now I’m just praticing endurence (sets and reps for pullups, dips, pushups etc). But thank u to believe in my potential, I’m glad for this ❤

      Bro, its possible take that skill in less than a year, I was able to do a full planch in 6 months, its just study, discipline, determination and focus. Dont call him gifted, hes a beast in planch with a lot of work. 😈❤🔥🔥🔥

      Then we get it that I don't have study, determination and etc but I've been training for 3 years already and I'm not even tall and heavy to complain about being unable to hold full planche. I was stuck so many times and it took the whole year to learn one fucking straddle planche. I'm sure he didn't struggle with getting many of these elements, otherwise it's just false that he got that in less than a year

      @@feeathl the bro doesn't probably know what it means to struggle for at least month in one progression, and it's freaking awesome. With predisposition and no plateau you get skills so much faster, that it can be one arm planche in a year lol

      mano eu treinava básicos dps do treino de planche tlg? mas isso só no início, dps parei. Vc não precisa fazer flexão, barra e essas coisas se não quiser, o treino de planche em si vai te dar a força necessária pra executar ela

      I really recommend everybody achieve handstand before start train planche. Because of the balance, corporal conscience and exercises like press and negatives (hs to planche). When you have handstand you're free to choose which exercise wanna do to get your shoulder strength better, for example hs pushups, press, negatives, 90° pushup etc.. 💪🙌

      I trained one day yes and one day not! Just trained in combos like pushups, presses, negatives and holds

      fala mano blz? então mano pode ser que falta força em tudo mesmo po, mas se vc não consegue straddle ainda foca na advanced po, faz bastante push, press, negativas e holds e já era, vai progredindo pra straddle mas até lá tenha paciência e CONSTÂNCIA. Bons treinos!

      Eu não seguia um trieno específico, eu fazia o que dava na telha! Bastante dinâmicos de força (press, push, negativas + hold etc..) e combos

      no bro, just calisthenics (bodyweight) for 5 months, then I started training planche

      never say that, When I was learning I’ve used to think the same, but I always remember the frase that is written at the end of the video! Planche is extremely hard, but dificult is not an excuse to don’t make it happen!

    Bro how much straddle u recommend before try full? Is 15s good?

      yes, 15sec is good! But give focus on facility, if its ok for you to execute straddle and make combos like push and press you can progress to full (sorry bad english)
