l will never be able to do full planche
never say that, When I was learning I’ve used to think the same, but I always remember the frase that is written at the end of the video! Planche is extremely hard, but dificult is not an excuse to don’t make it happen!

well… no haha I stopped freestyle movements like 1,5 year. Now I’m just praticing endurence (sets and reps for pullups, dips, pushups etc). But thank u to believe in my potential, I’m glad for this ❤

yes, 15sec is good! But give focus on facility, if its ok for you to execute straddle and make combos like push and press you can progress to full (sorry bad english)

That's truly awesome bro, I saw you did planche to handstand (press), did you also work on handstand or it just came natural from working on planche?
I really recommend everybody achieve handstand before start train planche. Because of the balance, corporal conscience and exercises like press and negatives (hs to planche). When you have handstand you're free to choose which exercise wanna do to get your shoulder strength better, for example hs pushups, press, negatives, 90° pushup etc.. 💪🙌

Caraca em 1 ano pego one arm Planche e 2 fingers na Full insano absurdo se fosse meu coach quem sabe eu chegava nesse nível kkkk tô estagnado na Straddle Planche pra ir da FULL tá foda me falta força nos ombros será? Ou é na lombar não sei? Tem alguma ideia?
fala mano blz? então mano pode ser que falta força em tudo mesmo po, mas se vc não consegue straddle ainda foca na advanced po, faz bastante push, press, negativas e holds e já era, vai progredindo pra straddle mas até lá tenha paciência e CONSTÂNCIA. Bons treinos!

how u got ur 2 finger planche I been working on it some tips?
I think the best tip I can giv u is don't be afraid to broke your fingers! Of course you will not try it without strong fingers but if u do 5 two fingers pushups u can start trying planche lean and then straddle planche on 2 fingers.

Man, eu vi seu primeiro vídeo, e queria muito saber como vc foi da straddle planche para a full, se vc fizesse um vídeo sobre, ou comentar aqui mesmo, eu agradeceria muito.
Então mano como minha straddle era muito forte, ou seja, eu já fazia bastante combos com ela, a full foi bem mais tranquila de começar a treinar. Então pra eu fazer essa transição mano eu tentava bastante a full, e no começo dos treinos eu armava a full e já subia press, isso me deu bastante conciência corporal pro dinâmico e força tbm. faz max hold de full e quando n aguentar mais não desmonta o mov, abre pra straddle. Umas 3/4 series dessa no começo do treino vão te ajudar mt
