I just did a 55 minute yoga practice and I'm feeling calmer. Because of my posture/trauma its extremely difficult for me to sit up. I have to do a lot of the stuff on the floor. My solar plexus is and always has been clenched tight along with my neck and jaw. I lost 8 or 9 teeth from grinding when I first started getting flashbacks 13 yrs ago. Have you run into a lot of people that have The chronic knot in their plexus? If so did they ever relax?

I started teaching yoga back in '98. This was a well-instructed, gently taught class, with a relaxing pace and soothing and nurturing voice.

I would see a chiropractor for this just my advice.
