Would love to see you posting regularly if you have the time and desire to. Really incredible yoga content, the long quiet pauses and your voice are so peaceful together.
Just started doing these workouts. I’m 46, perimenopausal and also have depression and anxiety alongside PTSD. I’ve recently gone back into part time work cleaning but also suffer with an autoimmune disease and mild stenosis. I used to run but find it no longer works and just started these workouts after a stressful time. Thank you so much Caitlin for giving me the gift of relaxation. Namaste 🙏🏻xxx
Just recently found your channel, and you ignited my love for yoga. A lot of videos I never really enjoy to follow because they’re too advanced, move too fast, or just simply aren’t enjoyable. I needed this, for my body and making it through winter depression. Thank you. 💖💖
If you ever want something with alittle more movement and really turn the thoughts off qigong is amazing i usally use it for the morning a yoga at night. Keep my anxiety at bay all day and even started to improve it greatly without meds.
Wow that got me crying when we did the pigeon pose I can't wait to try more of these I have so much trauma I need to get out of my body thank you so much
I've been super stressed at work and unable to make it to the gym. My dietician recommended yoga to help with my stress inflammation. Your videos have really helped center me to start my day!
Wonderful class- so glad you amde a longer 30 minute one.. it;s so hard to let go in just 10 minutes - LOVE the beautiful peaceful outdoor scenery! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍Thank you!
Wow what a Beautiful, Tranquil scene. I absolutely love it. Also I love how you don't rush through the poses but allow for an adequate amount of time to really enjoy the movement. Thank you your gracious invitation and reminders that each day, movement, and person is different and giving us options. I hope you have great success and happiness in all you do. Namesta.
Your 2 Hip/Psoas practices have been so helpful. I did Rodney Yee's Power Yoga routine since 2004 approximately and as I have gotten older I really needed something more suited to my body now. Once I get my hips/psoas limbered I intend to do other routines you have. I really like your energy, stability and calmness. Nobody else on YT suited me. I appreciate your work and knowledge.
Thanks for this amazing video!! I did it two -three days ago, and today my period came!! After two months, I thought I was pregnant lol, I think my stress was affecting my period. Thank you so much ☺️
Words cannot describe the immense gratitude I have for you and this magical practice ✨ I’ve gone through a profound healing experience with this as it has helped unblock stuck tension in the hips and Psoas that was causing illness. From the first session, I have found a life changing mind-body shift and healing of the nervous system. It is now my go-to video for body awareness and reconnection, or whenever my hips are telling me to do this. Thanks so much Caitlin!
Thank you so much Caitlin. This and your other classes are really helping me to release and feel good in my body. You are a wonderful teacher. I've been telling all my friends about these classes.
My first practice with you . I practice yoga over 20 years and I really enjoyed this one ! Thank you so much ! I feel happy that I met your channel ! 🙏
Thank you for this beautiful practice, I enjoy it so much I have adopted it in to my weekly routine. The light in me honours the beautiful light it you too. ✨
This Is the 1st Time I did this routine so one word of advice for whoever is doing it the 1st time that take breaks & pauses if needed. As I never did any stretching doing the poses in one go was difficult. I was on the verge of giving up. But then I thought its all about small actions so instead I took pauses and continued to finish it. And trust me your lower body will feel so relaxed once done.
so lovely thank you. a request: could you do a little bit more warming up of the body before the deep stretches begin? i have tight joints and that always helps me to go deeper , feel more relaxed and make sure I'm not injuring myself
That was just what I needed! Too bad about the wind in the mic though. Initially I found it calming but it got annoying…maybe that was my “yoga” today😅
I am wondering if I am the only one feeling drained after this practice? This is my first time trying any kind of trauma release therapy and I did not know what to expect. I felt my legs shake while trying to close my legs after recline butterfly, really light immediately after the whole practice but really tired within the next 2 hours. Is this what it is supposed to feel like? I am asking out of curiosity. If anybody else has experienced this could you please comment down below so I can confirm I am not crazy😄🫶🏽💕
Hi, I've had similar experiences when releasing trauma. From what I've learnt, processing trauma can consume quite a lot of energy. Perhaps, that could explain the exhaustion felt after the release. Also, in my experience, whenever I come out of flight or fight mode, I feel very tired. Hope this helps 🩵 And no, you're not crazy. It means you're healing :)
Hello Caitlin. My left leg gets numb sometimes (upper part/front) and I was told it might be related to Yin energy (left of body). Do you have any video related to this issue (Leg numbness)? Thank you
Hi @Caitlin K'eli Yoga - How can these exercises be modified if there is limited (maximum 90 degree) flexion in the knee leading to limited ability to get into child pose or pigeon pose and similar which seem to form the foundation for these practices.

I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and this nourished my soul! And I can't stress enough how much I love the scenery! Thank you ❤

This appears as 1 way one can love self , , ..
Very good… still one question - why is this trauma informed? Seems to be a normal class…
We humans have a tendency to store trauma in our hips. The work in this video helps to release it gently.
