I think the idea behind calling him "the Singularity" is that he combines everyones genes and DNA into himself. Hux is trying to make himself a perfect organism by splicing everyone else into himself, until he's the only one left. So he's a "singularity" in that he's the last one standing, and I guess kinda a "singularity" in that he sucks everyone else in and crushes them into nothingness, like a black hole. Final meaning of The Singularity is as a reference to the "technological singularity"; a theoretical point at which technology becomes so powerful and sophistocated that humanity can't control it or take back what they've done. @@sophrosynes6392 Gravitational or mathematical singularities are also things that exist, and it's the fact that the name has a double meaning that makes the name "The Singularity" kind of work. I think Singularity is pretty solid. My only problem is that people learned how to counter it faster than the speed of light and now by the time I manage to slipstream even one survivor all FOUR of them already have EMPs... 😅

I'm pretty sure 'Singularity' refers to the idea that no matter what, an AI always eventually reaches a state of 'Humanity must go' in some way, creating a 'single' point.. or that an AI that learns and grows on its own eventually grows to become that. The "AI tasked with making paperclips" Ordeal
I'd love to see a ranged killer with the hit and run playstyle Here's my idea for it. The soldier: (Average speed killer) Ability: Grave digger - Pull survivors back a short distance, if the survivor is vaulting it will rip them back off the vault. If a survivor is hit with this ability 3 times they will go down a health state. (The ability will have a wind up like the huntress' hatchets and will slow you down and stop you from doing a basic attack for a moment) {The amount of times to be hit before going down a health state does not deplete and can only be healed away} Perks: - Nostalgia: Once you've been in a chase for more than 15 seconds you will gain a 5% speed boost and be able to vault windows, break pallets and generators 15% faster. - Trenched: Standing still for 3 seconds will decrease you terror radius by 10 meters and give you a 5% Speed boost for 15 seconds - Disciplined: You move 7% slower but vault windows and break pallets 25% faster. Some simple lore: He was a World War I veteran who loved to raid enemy trenches at dusk, getting the drop on the enemy soldiers when night fell. Once out of the service he started to miss the battlefield, so he began to murder people who got lost near his farm, it was a common spot for tourists to end up lost due to the complexity of the roads. He will look like an average soldier, with a slightly larger body than the survivors but a smaller body than most killers. His weapon is a tactical shovel with a long thin rope worked into the hilt (for the Ranged attack)
I love when people say Trapper is bad lmao he's S-tier. I've abused his traps so much that for a short while they nerfed where you could put them in relation to pallets and the killer shack exits. You can unset my traps all day but eventually I will reset them or move them slightly, and you won't know until you're in it. I can cancel or delay - with a loud noise notification and visual cue - anything survivors need to use. Any spot with tall grass between two trees is also a massive risk to walk through. Trapper is literally one of the main ones I use to bully survivors after they abuse a weaker killer with their team that is stacked with four of the same item type to thwart basic parts of the game.
The fact that emotions exist because they were advantageous doesn’t mean they’re pointless. They’re as real as the rest of our body, and what matters is what we do with them (empathy, love etc) before we’re gone.
A hex/obsession perks could be like it makes whoever brakes or boons a totem becomes the obsession but to obsession gets exposed if they are the one to brake or boon a totem

But so many times have I gotten into a game, having fun, then we get to the point where 2 survivors are left & 1 gen but instead of playing normally, survivors hide in the map and refuse to use EMP. Even looking through my bipods to find them is hard because they’re hiding anywhere and everywhere. More than once have my games been prolonged by 15-20 minutes. It’s a pain.
