Pete De La Mare and I love Archie, but he can’t say it’s held value until it’s actually sold. In the current economy, it’s going to be a while before anyone buys. Hope to be wrong, though!

When the recession hits harder and real estate gets bad, no one will buy the car. He could wait 2 years for the market to recover but by then the car will have lost value. So he is cutting his losses now by selling it. Its a very good idea.

@@nathanrunciman88 That's less than 50 miles a week. Not great but understandable if you're trying to keep mileage down for resale-ability. Personally, if I owned my dream car, I'd want to be able to enjoy it whenever the mood takes me without sweating the odometer constantly, just takes away some of the enjoyment.

“Ultraviolet, pretty rare”. It is rare not for good reasons. Nobody is going to want that car unless you dump it for a major loss. The GT3RS just isn’t that special of a car now.

I do wonder where this virus leaves this kind of business model. In the sort of recession we are looking at, finance packages where you can pay 6 lots of 2 grand monthlies and then sell and get most of your money back will be just impossible. Liquid assets like this are just not going to hold value. Makes sense to get out of this one, not sure how he will get into another.
I have not drive the gt3 Gen 1 but it seems to be more raw than Gen 2. Even it looks a bit more agressive. Gen 2 is tens to be more refine and with the new filters law does not sound that good maybe. What do you think guys?

I want to ask you if it is possible to make the following comparison in order to remove all doubts about the evolution of the Mercedes Class A AMG, Drag Race, and Rolling Race to the following models: A45AMG 381CV, AND A45S AMG 421 CV, I know you have already tested these two models that the Audi RS3 was on too, but I just ask you to test these two models so you can really see what the real difference is between them.
I hope you can bring us back these two AMG models, too bad I am so far away because otherwise we would compare both, you with your A45S and I with my A45 facelift, but I think you will be able to bring us this brutal comparison AMG.

Buy a nice used lotus exige for around a quarter of the price of a new supercar. It will be more suitable for the track videos, lower maintenance costs and less risk if you make a mistake.
What paint did you use on your tyres for the Michelin logo? They look amazing.

Performance-wise, a McLaren would make a lot of sense considering your obvious driving skills. However, they are not the most reliable Supercars to own and do you really want to take the risk as it will, without doubt, be on the track getting ragged. I think with your current plans of RS6 and M8 Comp, you have played your cards safely and well. You do, however, have yourself a real dilemma, a cool one to have, but nonetheless, a real one. Having already owned one of the coolest and most reliable track-focused supercars you now have very few options to make a wise and sensible upgrade. We will all be watching this space to see what you do!

@Lambullshitini, ok, Apart from reliability issues. Getting a used 720s is the best thing to buy. Apart from a pista ,Nothing can touch a 720s .

Where do you go from a GT3RS? A $75k Chevrolet Corvette is much faster so there is always that.
I felt like he shouldnt've sold the GT3 because I love all Porsche 911s, it's a pretty good car.

A shame as that GT3 RS is stunning. I think the only way you can go now is McLaren, of similar price. 600 LT has that kinda performance.

@@bread-od6mj I don't think a McLaren is reliable enough long term for the type of use that Archie will subject it to. Sure, performance-wise, it definitely ticks the right boxes but as a track tool, it's reliability isn't the greatest. I love McLaren's, they are awesome cars but they, unfortunately, are not built like a Porsche. Also, in reality, is the 600LT an upgrade or just something different. I understand why Archie is saying 'Where do you go from here' once you have owned the GT3 RS. It's not an easy car to replace from many perspectives. Performance aside what can he realistically purchase from financial, reliability, and solid future investment stand points?
And Tony's is a stunning spec!

@@ArchieHamiltonRacing Really nice car's, Archie, and unbeatable value for money. The thing is, as you rightly say, 'where do you go from here?' You went in at the top with the GT3 rs. Almost any car at a sensible price is going to be a slight side-step down compared to it. You need to do some serious thinking, mate. Performance-wise, McLaren is the way to go maybe 600LT which is a great price at the minute. However, reliability may not be up to Archie Hamilton's standards. I can't wait to see what you decide.

@@ArchieHamiltonRacing that he is. After I get on my feet I want to start a similar business in the US but with a 2-3 car enclosed trailer and and 5 car open trailer. But the world needs to go back to how it was before this stupid virus. And after it does hopefully within 2 years I can get to that point. I have a lot of bills I'll need to catch up on. I wish I had the confidence to talk to a camera on start a channel but I don't think uber is interesting enough and I miss racing but I can't afford it anymore

I used to think these TH-camrs were living the life. But all they do is trade cars around every 6 months after barely driving them.
I own a 2019 M5, 2020 X7 and will be purchasing a 2020 ZL1 1le for the 3rd car garage. I have no intentions of selling or trading anything. And one day I'll add a 911 GT3 RS and Bentley GT as well. Once again, without selling or trading. 🤷♂️
