I **love** these, including their green bases - I'm in complete agreement with you about the period "feel" they give the army. Ignore the naysayers on this! 😁 My compliments too on the shield replacements - they look extremely good, and your freehand on them is splendid.
I would also love to see you do the "Oldhammer" undead army using the new plastics that you started as well, and miniature vintage be damned! Such a shame that some people couldn't understand what you were getting at and just moaned about your use of new models. Really disheartening to see, especially as you started out quite excited with them. 😕

I still paint my bases green as painted black bases remind me of bare plastic. To each his own.

Ah nice. Never really liked the monopose models but painted so well like this, they DO look good!
