    Love me some classic miniatures, especially Dwarfs. I think the Dwarfs have kept up with the times really well, they still look great even without nostalgia and with that they are superb. You definitely did them justice with really great paint jobs, thanks for showing them to us.

    Fantastic, love dwarfs, I have most of the slayers, didn't realise they were 3rd edition! Great video.

    Beautiful work, dude. Glad to see you back enjoying painting. I'm right there with you regarding the Thunderers. They were the only GW minis I held onto long after everything else went years ago.

      they're the only set of minis I might actually make the effort and hunt down every single sculpt at least once. I think I'm missing 3-4 still ^^;

    I really like those late 5th Ed Dwarfs. That cannon. Great character and scale.

      iirc these came out along with the Grudge of Drong stuff? I could be wrong though.

    Excellent Dwarfs. I sold most of my Dwarf collection about 10 years ago, being left with only some plastics I'd picked up during early 7th edition. All my metals, barring a few of the slayers that you don't like and the 6th ed Gyrocopter, are gone.
    I'm now trying to decide if I want to re-do the army using Harlequin metals, or MOM Miniature resins. Both have issues: never seeing my order being the biggest one with EOE Orbis/Black Tree, and expensive shipping and import taxes with MOM Miniatures (thanks Brexit). I have picked up some cheap additions to the army in the form of the 4th/5th ed stone thrower, Anvil and Miners as well as some characters.
    The character you are using as a Thane is King Kazador of Karak Azul. He had rules in The Citadel Journal during 6th edition, and is a Non-Player Lord in Warhammer Total War (meaning you can't start with him, but if you confederate his territory you can use him to command an army). So not entirely forgotten.

    They look great. Except for the bases. The bases are awful. I hated "green sand" back in the 90s when I started out and I still hate it.

      haha yeah that's where the opinions split, I love the goblin green bases and to me it's not herohammer without them. Sorry to say there'll be more of them :D
