Thank you very much for this video. I haven't attempted any yoga for a very long time, but thoroughly enjoyed this short sequence. It's the best 9 minutes of my day so far.
I finished feeling both energised and relaxed.
I've already noticed that I'm sitting up much straighter now, and as I felt so wonderfully relaxed after doing this I put my slippers back on on the wrong feet. Haha!

I feel so calm when watching your videos! Not a whole lot of yoga teachers are able to do that to me. Often times, I feel threatened.
I've said this before about you Ester, your voice makes me relax. I have to get back to my yoga practices. I know I have no excuse. Please keep uploading more videos. There was a time I do remember longer videos :-/. I love you EE :)
Great stretches for a quick 10 min break when you seat at your desk all day. Keep them coming! I really enjoy all of your videos especially "office yoga"

Oh my gosh dude, honest I didn't think much of the ones where you extend your legs to the side but once you do it whoo it's really removing stiffness from everywhere. My back felt like it was pulled stretched apart from the inside of my last from the seated twist video, can't get of that feeling. This one is like totally confirming that even this short session is enough to loosen a body from a standing day job. Loving it, trying to do once a night it feels good. My lower back never felt so loose

This looks to be a good series of stretches for someone who has some decent measure of flexibility and no knee problems. As a beginner who is looking for ways to improve strength and flexibility, I would say this little sequence is not for me. I do enjoy the video series overall. I have worked several stretches into my work day. If your knees are fine, then you could work up to this after some practice.
nice i like these different stretches some i do my biggest trouble is very bad degenerative disc L5 L4 and hibernated on left side a few of them and co-lapsed all those your doing i do and are very good and for strength to more than people think. but for me can over do very easy because bone bump's bone than spasm but i keep at it the best i can very awesome you do and good ideas for me and will do a few these to thanks for doing and taking time to do so best to you always ricky
