You are beautiful, such elegance, sincerity, genuine eyes and focus all the way through and most importantly for the context in hand, fully contextually relevant and focused on what we have opened this video for.
Thank you again Ekhart Yoga. A wonderful all over stretch before my run. Although, I would like to begin every day with this routine - whether running or not
Everytime I hear that bell sound in the beginning, I just go into relax mode. :) It sounds like the bell you have to ring in Hindu temples. Thanks for your videos, they keep me calm.
I've been a follower of Esther for years now and I can honestly and proudly say that my respect and admiration for her and these informative and helpful yoga sequences has only grown. I can also see the growth in her videos as well. She's a lot more gentle and learned in her approach. One last thing that I greatly applaud Esther for is dressing respectfully. I really dislike how many videos of yoga have female 'teachers' dressed very inappropriately and vulgar. Not only is it a disrespect to oneself, but it's very disrespectful to the path of yoga.
First time doing yoga. Wow. I have been searching for someone like you! Thank you for this. I am hoping this will cure my tight leg muscles and IT band issues!
Runners new to yoga, or not too flexible, I suggest go to Ekhart's yoga for beginners 1-5 first. That's what I am doing, for this was a bit too challenging for me, just familiar with the "normal" static stretches I've been doing for too many years. Ekhart's cool down also, though not as challenging , the beginners 1-5 is both as a warm-up and cool down. Eventually moving to her 20 minutes video for runners.
Thanks Ekhart. I will definitely place this sequence into practice and commit to memory. I take it that this sequence can also be used after running, yes?
I have been doing this warmup for years and think it's great. This time I noticed there were ads in the middle of the video. I understand the need to bring in revenue however having a pose interrupted by two ads was very distracting. I'm not sure if this was a decision made by you or TH-cam but either way it took my out of the flow and makes me hesitate to watch this or other Ekhart videos in the future. If it's at all possible I would suggest putting the ads in the beginning as opposed to the middle of the yoga class.
HI Mark - thank you for letting us know. We'll make sure that ad is taken out of the middle. It was definitely unintentional. Sorry to break up your practice

Esther, do you recommend doing this sequence 'cold', or after warming up a bit: walking, or perhaps a few sun salutations?

- Hi Mark - it's gone now. Thanks again for your comment
@@yogeasy_com thanks so much!
Change playback speed to 1.5 to get a quicker strech routine before a run.
This sequence IS the warm up...
why doesn't this show on my computer? The screen box is completely black....
