As you can see, Nnoitra's weapon look different from the past, probably because he train in all this time and because Aizen enhanced him with the complete Hogyoku as well. Top 4 of current Espada are definitely stronger than Nell. In current Espada, her rank will be 5 or 6. She was in Espada before Grimmjow and Ulquiorra, that's why they didn't recognize her.
Nel is impressive and is still a bit stronger than Noitra after a long ime and she is former 3 but i woudnt go saying that she is stronger than Ulqiorra
She isn't wrong by number. Lower the number the stronger you are. She is 3 and he is 4. Now to be fair aizen wasn't fully aware of his other forms and he definitely would be higher then 4 If he knew.
Aizen didn't actually see Segunda Etapa but still he KNOW that Ulqiorra have that form, i think if Aizen personally see all Ulqiorra feats in segunda etapa he might place him on 3 or idk@@ichigokurosaki6942

Everything you said is wrong. Nel isn't even stronger than Nnoitora anymore. She's faster, yes but not stronger. She's from a weaker generation of espada. She used a cero combined with Nnoitoras cero and barely hurt him, She could barely injure base Nnoitora even in her resurrection form. Aizen was aware of Ulquiorra's higher resurrection. Aizen watches everything that goes on in las noches and beyond. He most likely chose to leave him at number 4 to catch people off guard. He would most likely be number 3 if Aizen chose to number him correctly n@@ichigokurosaki6942

Ichigo should really kill Nnoitora's underling and then join the fight with Nel. That would be the best way to keep Orihime safe.
