What if Anakin and The Son managed to escape from Mortis? "Together we could destroy the Sith!" Anybody hyped for Anakin and Son vs our Sith Duet scenario?
That's what if already happened in a Star Wars the clone wars magazine about what if the Son did escape of the Mortis. Just me it's really fucking dark. Here is the link the video by another Star Wars TH-cam channel: th-cam.com/video/7rIIhG0JrH8/w-d-xo.html
Kirk Cannon Not sure, but I remember searching it on yt some time ago with no plausible result Shadow Critias Thx, I'll make sure I'll watch the vid, as I am dead curious particularily about The Ones arc and can't wait for The Mother a.k.a. Abeloth to make her way to the SW Canon
@@ShadowCritias Update: great video by Eck, I must've overseen it, while searching on TH-cam, and agreed, it's dark af, however I'd like to give the Lightside a bit more hope, e.g. with Kenobi and Ashoka somehow managing to retreive the Dagger and with the help of the Father escaping from Mortis too. Also, the story feels kinda like RoTS Post-Jedi Purge (Yoda-Palps coalition, you gotta be kidding me?!), for e.g. we get no Dooku, no Windu and other capable Jedi Masters (sure, they would most likely just make for a bantha fodder for Anakin and the Son, but with the Dagger in their possession, it would at least make their deaths justifiable as a heavy price for victory)
I like how anakin has to overwhelm both the dark side( the son) and the lightside (the daughter) to reveal he is the chosen one because the chosen one is meant to bring balance and not let either one win
So funny story. When I was watching the whole Father, Son, Daughter mini series for the first time I thought the son was the Inquisitor. I hadn't seen rebels at the time. Only posters and that sort of thing.
I only came here to confirm this for myself as I was never sure if it was just a story line they have set up and just haven't explored yet, glad I caught this comment, thanks.
@@2highdj997 He knows. He was saying that he thought that the Son was the Inquisitor having watched Rebels first as opposed to watching The Clone Wars first (like the original commenter did)
I thought the two might have been related though I was unsure if that would end up being the case or not, but then I watched videos about the events of Rebels (still haven't gotten to see it since it's not free anywhere I ain't paying $100 to watch the whole series that's ridiculous) and I immediately wrote that idea off as stupid. Ashoka slapped the Inquisitors around like they were children at the Jedi temple during order 66
To this day, this story arc is still the best thing Star Wars has ever done. I myself have wondered what would've happened if Anakin's memories wouldn't have been erased, so you got my vote on making a video on it.
Padme was definitely the poisoner. When Anakin told her that he slaughtered the entire village of tuscans, the women and the children, she just brushed it off like it was nothing lbs. She was fine with it imo
Have u ever thought that when the Daughter transferred the last of her energy into Ahsoka, that could be what changed her in the end of the Clone Wars series, why she didn't identify as a Jedi any longer, n also why she was able to heal the Kyber Crystals from the Inquisitor's lightsaber. Idk maybe I'm reaching a bit, but it makes sense right?
@the Legend I would say it still make sense because the daughter isn't a Jedi she's only on the light side like the son isn't a Sith and only on the dark side. And although Ahsoka left the Jedi she is still on the light side she just didn't believed in the Jedi anymore and wanted to find her own path but that doesn't mean she isn't on the light side Hope you know what I mean
All of sw is influenced by history, culture and religion. As are many other works of art Its a way to process reality In a way creativity is a coping mech
The fourth hidden from history is the mother Abeloth, so that kind of shatters the Christianity comparison unless you compare Abeloth to Lilith or the corrupted goddess archetype of ancient religions
What's worse, a willfully evil person, running around the galaxy if their own whims, using jesus powers to force submission, or taking orders from an evil politician, that keeps him in check?
@@Robin-dr5zp The Dark Side is passion. Emotion. And emotion does not care about logic. Whether that emotion comes in the form of hatred, fear, or love, matters little. Anakin's decision to join the Son happened in a place where the Dark Side was incredibly strong. It makes sense that it would be an emotional decision instead of a logical one.
The Dark Side is not evil while the Sith are evil but some were not while the Jedi and the Light Side were not necessarily good. There is only The Force one must use both the Light Side and Dark Side when necessary over use of either would cause The Force to fight back in the case of the Chosen One being born as a example to destroy both the Sith and Jedi bringing balance back to The Force

"no one" He faces again Dooku in the series and loses. He also has trouble with Cad Bane. Obi-Wan beats him in RotS although Obi-Wan holds back more. Sidious, Mace Windu and Yoda can stomp him as well. If we bring in Legends characters, Anakin/Vader isn't even in top 10 force users of all time. No one's unbeatable in the Star Wars universe.
@GodlyDCUO no one cares about his potential if he never reached it. Also, I don't remember anywhere being stated that Luke and Leia had less potential than Anakin.
@GodlyDCUO i didn't mean it that way. I meant that someone with the power of Yoda or Sidious wouldn't care about Anakin's lost potential when he fought him. He would just beat him.
@Oliver Smalley Abeloth is not one of the Ones, she was a servant who was an honorary (read: not real) member of the "family" and gained her powers when she drank from the Font of Power and bathed in the Pool of Knowledge when she was nearing death due to old age. So no, no Uncles.

@@tyrellmoxley2425 Sidious most likely have picked someone else as his apprentice, though, it's not that likely the Skywalker twins would've been picked since Padme wouldn't pregnant at that time. marcus24000 the power is the thing which appeals. Force lightning, force choke, no restriction to killing, stronger force powers through negative emotions, etc. A sith lord is a lot stronger than any jedi except the grandmaster (Yoda) and some powerful masters (Mace Windu, Obi Wan).
Re-watching these episodes, and getting others' takes on it, I finally understand that the Son is *_not_* the embodiment of the Dark Side, rather, he represents the dark side inclination that we all have in us, that we must suppress and fight against. He himself was not the Dark Side, but he did have a strong pull towards the Dark Side. It is said several times in the arc that he *_falls_* to the Dark Side, and when he does then everything goes out of balance. So the Son represents natural emotions like fear and anger, etc. and how the Darkness tries to use these to ensnare us, but we must fight against it. Whilst the Daughter represents the Selfless love of the Light Side, and she is there to help her brother overcome his struggle with the Darkness. The Father watches over both, making sure the Son does not selfishly give into the Darkness, and ensuring the Daughter is safe, as she Selflessly loves and supports her brother. Ensuring that the two are working together to fight the Darkness. Resist selfishness, embrace and share selflessness. Resist hate, embrace and share love. Resist the Darkness, embrace and share the Light. When the Son falls to the Dark Side, the Balance is lost. No longer resisting the Darkness, the Son now embraces it. And of course this results in pain and suffering, as the family is destroyed.
A quick run down. Abeloth was a servant for The Ones and filled in as the mother before she was corrupted by the Fountain of Power and the Pool of Knowledge. Using her newfound power, she made the Son and the Daughter kneel to her. The Father intervened and went to Mortis. (Don't get it mixed up though, the hierarchy of power is as follows: The Father > The Son / The Daughter > Abeloth. She is not more powerful than them.). The Son and the Daughter joined hiveminds with the Killik of Alderaan and they built technologies like Centerpoint Station. Using Centerpoint Station, the Son and the Daugther created shells of black holes which would become the Maw where the Father would trap Abeloth in the Maw and take the Son and the Daughter to Mortis. They came back out when she escaped, but then retreated back to Mortis after imprisoning her again, and then the events of the Clone Wars takes place and they die. The story of The Ones and Abeloth goes WAY more in-depth, but that's the gist of her connection to them.
The Mortis arc was the Clone Wars at it's best. By far my favorite episodes. We got to learn so much about the Force itself and even a little bit of the philosophy behind it, which is my favorite thing to learn and talk about in Star Wars.
@Blake Townsend he would have to be broken. It's the only way they could give The Son a deserving representation. People assume The Son gets wrecked any day by Legends Palpatine and Full Power Anakin/Luke but the dude is having his powers limited on the world since Mortis is in another realm of reality. If this dude we're to take manifestion to the Real Space Realm who knows what he'd look like. If I put Abeloth on a 15 I'd list The Daughter at a 12 with her bother and The Father at a reasonable 14. And if I were to list Full Power Anakin and DE Sidious they'd both be between 8.5-10. The difference in power is really that big. The show just couldn't represent it since homie never got off of Mortis. Plus before interstellar travel was a mainstream thing and actually beneficial for some races, a shit ton of Eldritch Horrors roamed the galaxy and Other Space to and fro and would put the underpowered Son and Daughter to shame 💀💀💀
@Blake Townsend it would be bad cuz he is the most powerful force user in universe. No one can kill him. You need this special sword. Palpatine or Vader wouldn't kill him. He is god
You didnt mention last words of the Father: "Your heart..." ... got seed of the Dark Side in it now. Or something like that. And it made him more susceptible to the Dark Side. Hadn't he seen the future, he never would've turned.

I loved how the father, sun, and daughter represent the balance of the force and how it affected the balance of the light, dark and the balance and how it affects the force outside this dimension
I always saw them as personifications of the force itself, yet the children were destructive on their own or always conflict with each other with the father always having to come between them and balance it out. Without the daughter look at how the planet turned out, imagine if it was the other way around light without darkness. In a way it truly reflects what the force is and the consequences of the absent of one side.
Imagine how strong Anakin would've been if Qui-gon trained him and helped him balance both sides of the force. He definitely would've reached his full potential and would've been the strongest force user to have ever lived.
@Uwusus Udududud the reason why qui gon was defeated by maul wasn't because of him being weak it's because qui gon only used form 4 light saber dueling and form 4 uses acrobatics it also requires open space which he didn't have in the duel with maul , so he tried form 3 which he really didn't know , this is explained in one of his videos I think it's called how powerful is qui gon jinn or something like that . So actually since he wasn't using his only form he actually knew and the main force power he used the mind trick was both useless in the fight that is why he lost , it's like if I gave you a light saber and without any training told you to fight a youngling that is somewhat trained in the force , light saber training and is your size and strength you would lose too .
@Uwusus Udududud , I stated straight facts my dude , honestly I think you need to go do more research because RN it seems sadly you are a troll trying to create a commotion but it's not really working and if you aren't trying to be a troll then honestly show something to support your argument .

I only came here to confirm this for myself as I was never sure if it was just a story line they have set up and just haven't explored yet, glad I caught this comment, thanks.

I down for more in depth knowledge on The Ones and their connection with Abaloth
Ok, preciate the summary
These 3 characters make Darth Sidious look like child's play...
@Laith Rajha darth sidious is just a weak bug compared to the son,the daughter and the father

Do The Son vs The Daughter vs The Father vs The High Ground vs Ben Swolo vs The Senate
The High ground>Anakin > the ones
Sam Witwer really brought this character to life.
@Blake Townsend yes it would didnt think about that
@Blake Townsend he would have to be broken.
Hadn't he seen the future, he never would've turned.

one of the best clone wars series of episodes ever... point blank
@Uwusus Udududud lmao with that horrible grammar and adding "hilarious" at the end. Already tells me that you're an obvious troll lmao

As dark side represents greed anger and fear, it also represents passion and love. Its the reason that the Son, does have humanizing traits as we all do, as he is the True embodiment of the dark side, let it be in the galaxy, or ourselves. Ol'Palps on the other hand, is more like, embodiment of the passion alone.
