yes its amd drivers. Mines is doing the same. Just let your games load in because it clears the cash when u update ur drivers. Play a map a couple of times then it should be mostly sorted

Ive actually disabled my amd overlay because ive also tried multiple youtube video settings people recommended on the software and it would make my games look horrible or washed out colors(mw3) while i disabled the overlay and went from 140 to like close to 400fps with the fsr upscaling in the game alone. When i turn off rebar everything is fine and is working normally. It's weird coz everything is supposed to be supported.

I have the same gpu, but for me, it says not available for the AMD SAM settings
