  • Kurethi Vero a surviving individual who took part in the Naga Plebiscite of 1951 sharing his experience during the 'Celebrating Naga Plebiscite Day' (A Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving) organised by Forum for Naga Reconciliation, and supported by Naga Political Groups, Apex Civil Society Organizations, and the Church held on May 16, 2024 at The NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima, Nagaland.

    Naga people never compromise. We were firmed and committed in our demands. It was only because of some wanna be leaders for their own selfish interest, we are suffering till today.
