"Uniqueness of Naga History" recognized by GoI with NSCN IM in 2011 and it means GoI recognized Naga Territories as not part of India. The word Uniqueness in layman terms only means being unique in cultural, political or social sphere and every one is unique in all indian states and that is nothing new in layman terms. But recognition of Uniqueness is different from mere unique.
Recognition of the uniqueness of Naga History means GoI recognizing the Naga Territory as sovereign outside india and not within.
