Whether it is the Tangkhul's, the Nagas of Manipur, Nagas of Nagaland or Nagas of anywhere.... I believe NSCN IM is negotiating for the best of the Nagas. Let us not always hate a tribe or a group just because they belong from a particular tribe we dont like or a particular faction he dislike. If we are to only look at them from this angle, we will endlessly create only negative energy , opinions or write-ups. Whose TRIBE is so perfect or which faction didn't kill anyone or hasn't killed anybody??? Just because of extreme hate towards a particular tribe, individuals or group... Let us not forget to appreciate the little good things people are doing and engaging for the Nagas.
I am from Nagaland and i appreciate any group that stands for the cause of Nagas as a whole and not Nagas of any particular region or state for this is a Naga Cause and not Nagaland State Cause alone.

So you are saying that 24 factions taxes in the name for seperate nation is nothing to you? If you are educated I'm sure you have learned enough example whether this march is really possible, to put it straight J&K whose state is totally in backing by Pakistan the nation and ISIS the world most top and largest terrorist organization could not defend from removing Article 370. Are we even in their league who has that capacity to defend?

Nagas can live with the Indians as good neighbour but not under suppression.
Nagas are not Indians and Indians are not Nagas.
Nagas are not asking a for land or sovereignty from India. The Nagas are asking India to leave the Nagas alone.
The insanity of factionalism is the brainchild of the enemy who wanted the Nagas to weaken each other internally.

@@touchmesama2590 But what could you do against the Burmese?? While the rest of the region were facing Burmese invasion where were your people? Do you think you're such a large community or what? Do you think you're even a single community? Before yandaboo treaty the maps were demarcated and drawn by the british? Stop being a joke yah. Most whom we consider as Nagas at present were not even in contact with one another. You act like you all can go to war with a single community population of 1.5-2 lakh max. Think those days what could savages actually do in warfare, the military power you know today is only because Naga insurgency ambushes people and bullys common non-naga villagers. Without weapons, within law and order, and within the historical context what can you even do? Wanna act proud? Then go and challenge Meiteis in contemporary warfare instead of guerrilla warfare. What even is Naga history?? You're just a nomadic tribe from South East Asia who settled in Patkai Hills. You're so isolated that you never go influenced by the popular culture of South Asia and South East Asia. You're geographical counterparts in Myanmar are highly influenced by the Ming dynasty influence and Kingdom of Ava. Only a handful that you know have similar culture like yours or your community itself might have spread there. You're lucky that the Bristish kept your population protected under India or else you would've been devoured by the Bummars, Chins or Khmatis of Mynamar. And now you have the audacity to ask for a country and territories of other states. Hopeless fellow.... learn history properly of the entire region. You take indipendence now if you all want and we'll see how long your people and history lasts.

Can we also expect NSCN members not to ask for money in the name of their cause?

I agree with the election thing but about the collection of money, it will not be possible to run the organisation without financial support from the citizens like how a country implement taxes in all fields. The problem is about the misuse of the funds. I agree they need finance to run the govt. but they should utilise it for the betterment of the nation or the people and not for the personal or individual benefits.

    • @Komorebineeded
      @Komorebineeded 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@musicheals.3997 You can request people to help but you can't force them to fork out a certain amount each month or in the case of richer folks a big sum as and when these guys want.
While others are struggling to pay them, the NSCN members send their siblings or children for education outside the state with people's money.
More importantly, we should be looking at what kind of people join NSCN or other such organisations? In most cases, we find that it's the ones who are not good at studies and therefore do not want to continue doing so. They know then they will not find suitable jobs with good money. But if they become part of such a movement, it gives them easy money.
Another reason is a lot of them want to feel powerful and weapons give them this false sense of being in charge. How else do you explain so many people with guns walking around like they own the world? Take away their guns and they will stop acting like thugs.
Does that mean I don't support the independence movement? I would very much like to have a unified independent Nagaland but we have to be smart and practical about it.
First, we are not even united. Nagaland Nagas look down on Manipur Nagas.
Second, our people are lazy and materialistic. We are invested in looks and fashion but we have zero brains and we aren't willing to work hard. Some people in India don't even know we exist. We can't even compete with Indians. How are we going to make a mark in the world?
Third, after we get independence, what's the plan? Who will be the PM, President or ministers? Are they going to be elected or selected fairly or from the NSCN cohort? If it is the latter which they might feel entitled to, how can they assure us they deserve it? Like I mentioned earlier, most of them are dropouts and power hungry.
Look at Punjabis and Gujjus. They are settled in many other countries and they have managed to become such powerful and Influential communities through hard work and unity. Why don't we achieve that first?

Our leaders need to keep their difference aside and workout out to unite first. I tell you it will take another century to settle the issue if we don't unite. I'm afraid if the present trend continue the naga issue will just disappear in thin air. with the younger generation coming up our patriotism also seems to be getting colder and colder.
