Not only the safety, you will get evershine exterior like superb paint quality and other modern safety features, for which you will have to spend a little more on maintenance part. Brezza ZXi will give you more features as you are opting for top model, but with time the interior and exteriors of it will fade and can't never compare its drive quality with Taigun. Again resale value of Brezza is far better than Taigun and will have less maintenance cost.

So many reviews, but almost all about VW Taigun, not Skoda kushaq, where as kushaq 1.5 MT has some advantages, like six airbags, 17 inch wheels, A/c knobs, ventilated seats etc etc. I feel Kushaq is safer than taigun. Is there any reason, by which you are not reviewing Skoda Kushaq?

Good review but you missed to asked performance of the engine. Any lag while driving on a highway. Any cabin noise , etc.. I found out Kushaq have some sort of echo while driving on the highway which makes me tired. I don't know anyone has experienced some sort of pressure inside cabin.

There is no lag in highway, but can feel lag in city bumper to bumper traffic when the engine speed is in between 1000-1500rpm and the engine is on D1. It's a character of turbo engine. No cabin noise noticed except the dashboard one which feels in bumpy roads. Else cabin is fully silent. AC issues are there in 1.0 MT variant, but there is some software update released by company, but still need to confirm how much it helps
In real world you don't need 1.5tsi 1 ltr tsi is more than enough.Its made for highway.They resolve the ac issue.They also change the interior of the roof.also add engine auto start and stop.Every thing is good but break noise issue still didn't resolve i think it's not going to resolve because of rear drum brakes.Or else car is good no humming nothing.You may feel the humming noise due to high pressure in tyres.
@@smitamohanty4319 Brake noise was resolved for me in my Highliine AT by service center. they removed all four brake assembly and for front disk brakes they replaced the current material inside with something called Lith grease and it solved the problem for me. AC is satisfactory in Bangalore weather. Rear passengers find it less effective though. Power wise no problem at all. Highway it has given up to 18.5Kmpl for me. Tyre pressure all tyres 36 nitrogen. If you go factory recommended tyre pressure, mileage will be less. Also, fill 95octane (Indian oil XP95) fuel and the performance is seamless as well as mileage
I have booked Topline Manual....Could you give your opinion about the clutch travel and notchy gear shift. I have to drive this car a lot in hilly areas that too with traffic jam in ghat sections. I have some worries now. My car is ready to iinvoice at the showroom but I have asked them to hold because of this concern.

It was there for both Topline and Highline variants. Now probably they provide in Topline variants only. Need to check with dealer or VW website. In case you don’t get it, no need to worry. You can purchase some third party device rather than vw one, as the vw one doesn’t work properly

Hi i am planning a taigun 1.0 topline variant is it worth buying as i am getting rumers like Ac will be a issue like ac is getting tripped in 1.0 and there is a noise while going on breakers Please help me in my suggestions
The AC issue is not a rumour, it's a truth, but limited to 1.0 manual transmission variant only. If I will brief it in details, it gets tripped for 10-15 seconds on 1st or 2nd gear, when the car needs more torque. The VW cars are designed in such way that you they get the AC tripped for a few seconds not to compromise the torque. As the 1.0 engine is a smaller engine, so it feels more in it. You will just feel normal air flow for that 10-15 seconds instead of cold air. And the breaking noise is in AT variant only, on which the service center claims it as an operational noise. If you are ok with these 2 issues, then you will never regret after buying it.
@Sharit Bhatia Obviously, I will give honest opinion. :) One of my friend own the same variant and he is very happy with it, even not bothered with the AC issue. Even I personally like the interiors of Topline because of venilated seats which is missing in GT variant. Still if you can share the other cars you have shortlisted, I can help you more with your decision.
I had looked for kushaq 1.0 top model grand vitara Neo drive and urban cruiser basically I was not satisfied with the 1.5 k series as it produced 138 nm of torque and 103 ps of power that's why I am looking for taigun
Bro.. any issues with break pad.. I have driven my Taigun for 9k kms.. and service centre is telling they need to change the break pad and disc also.. any idea whether only I am facing this issue?
Are you facng any issue in braking? I think It's too early to change them that's too in just 9K kms, Will check with some owners who have drived more and will let you know if they have replaced them
I confirmed from some of the owners, it needs replacement at least after 20000km, if your brake usage is not that much more. So, if you are not facing any issues in braking no need to be replaced
@@DirectShift yes sire.. I am facing stuttering issues of steering when applying brakes @ 80 km speed.. Hence asking the service center for warranty but they are telling warranty cannot be applied

AC issues are in Automatic variants too but it is in 5 to 10% of cars. So it's test of luck for buyers

Its was in all car due to AC tuning with engine rpm, issue is solved now tuned better.
