You are so welcome! I am glad you enjoy this type of video! I am going to try and do more of this kind of thing as I experiment ;D Thank you for watching. Happy New Year!
Pacific drive is one of the few games I managed to finish pretty much in one go, simply astonishing. Too many games I want to play, but I just can't keep up with them all lol Thank you very much for all the relaxing content Doc !
Hello sir! Thank you for all of your content this year. It's been a great year for Indie gaming and I've really enjoyed watching along for the ride. I would love to see more content like this getting your opinion of the games you've played. Maybe an all time channel top twenty? Anyhow, Happy Holidays to you and your family and happy new year
I enjoy these videos. You feature many games on the channel, and I really like hearing which ones actually stuck with you and made you want to keep playing. Outward is my game of the year by a mile, and I learned about it on your channel. And cheers for Salt 2! I also am giving a shout out to Oddsparks. Such a great take on automation games, and it gets pretty complex. The Bloodline is a new retro rpg I'm diving into as well that looks good so far! I feel like we are really entering a period of decline in AAA market and rising success of indie games. Things always move in cycles but the indie market is on fire.
I'm so glad you have enjoyed this video! Yeah, I've been thinking of doing one of these each month to pick my 5 games of the month I played... Thank you for your recommendations! I actually own The Bloodline but forgot I had it, so I can't wait to check that out! Oddsparks is one I played this year and had fun with as well--very cool automation kinda game ;D I am with you--some AAA titles still shine, but so many are just not what I'm looking for haha.
@@DrIncompetent The Bloodline is still extraordinarily early access, but it shows a lot of promise. It's got some great ideas going. It does have a lot of bugs though, just to be fair.
Idk if you've played it but vintage story is basically a minecraft clone that's way more stylish and heavily focused on the survival aspect. I know minecraft has all this negativeness surrounding playing it since it's mostly played by children but this one's really good. The only thing is you can only get it through their website or humble bundle I did the latter. You should totally check it out I feel like it deserves more attention.
