  • In this new video series, we will be creating an autonomous RC Car project, starting from this first episode, we will be focusing on how to create an RC Car from scratch using 3D printed parts in easy steps. We will make the RC Car project and the joystick controller for the remote controller for the Arduino RC Car project. I will show how you can make the rc car using 3D printed parts and also show you how to create an Arduino joystick controller with joysticks. The 3D printed RC Car Arduino project can navigate through multiple terrains, have responsive wireless joystick controller, high speed, and four wheel drive with a pretty good turning radius using a servo motor for the RC car steering mechanism, which is controlled using the joystick controller using an Arduino board.
    In this first episode of the RC car series, we're going to build an easy-to-use RC Car from scratch. By the end of this tutorial, you'll have everything you need to build your own RC car!
    If you're looking to build your own RC car, then you need to check out this tutorial! In this episode, we'll build an RC car from scratch that is easy to make and use. By the end of this tutorial, you'll have everything you need to get started making your own RC car!
    The RC Car project is an Arduino based projects, since both in the RC car and in the joystick controller, Arduino is used alongside with a nRF module to get a wireless communication between the RC Car and the joystick controller.
    In this video episode 1, I go through all the steps on how you can create an RC car from scratch using 3D printed parts, including the RC car and joystick controller assembly and electronics.
    Make sure you comment below any ideas or features you want to see implemented in the RC Car project, I will be taking feedback after each episode, so we can make the best RC car project out there together!

    🔨 To design all the 3D models I used Fusion 360, and printed them using the Creality CR6-SE 3D printer.

      you can add springs to enable a wider stepping range for the wheels

      Can you add a camera that stram the luve video like fpv drones do ?

    okay ideas - have the autonomous robot map the room I put it in and upload a png to me; Develop autonomous driving skills by having two of these robots with different destinations in mind handshake with each other and then work out a plan to each reach their destination without colliding; battle-bots with a second bot with a choice of weapons to 3d print; dont-fall-off-the-stairs sensors; arm that picks up trash and puts it in a trashcan; spy bot, put a camera on it and let me see what it sees. I hope ONE of those is good Red :)

      Yep, some of these are for sure good enough! I particularly like the arm idea, it could have an on-board arm that can grab objects, I can definitely see that added in the future, not the next episode, but the one after that. In the next episode, we will have your last idea in there for sure, the camera, since it will use an on-board camera as the main sensor for the autonomous driving. Also adding an on-board mini turret that fires projectiles can also be a possibility for your battle-bots idea ;) These are all great ideas, good stuff! Glad to have you part of this slowly growing community 👍.

      @@ProjectsWithRed really liking the multi-bot scenarios honestly, one for me and for each of my kids. also, doesn't require a smartphone. sweeeet. need to print TPU for the first time and make sure my printer is nicely tuned.

      @@hoseroo Good stuff! TPU can be a bit tricky to print with so good luck with it! :)

    what bearings and size of m4 bolt

    • @ProjectsWithRed
      @ProjectsWithRed  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The bearings are "MF104ZZ Flanged Bearing 4mmx10mmx4mm Double Shielded Deep Groove Bearings", and for the M4 bolts you need any lengths from 10mm-12mm.
