No that testimony he gave and admission was not ever to be used in a criminal case because per the civil trail agreement it should of been sealed. They DA broke the law by using the testimony of Bill. Guilty or not the law is the law and Bill should be free.

back in 2016 at my job this 43 year old white lady who was ugly came up to me and randomly told me I'm very sexy...I told her "look I'm your boss and we are both married..you shouldn't be saying things like that"...The next day I come into work HR called me in and said this woman filed a sexual harassment claim on me and that I will be getting investigated...I was soooo pissed cause I'm a black man and I knew they were gonna believe her...months went by and they couldn't find any evidence that I did anything wrong..they checked camera's and interviewed several employees...well towards the end of the investigation she told HR that I didn't sexualy harass her and that she made it all up and that it was other employees doing it to her and not me...Well HR fired her and that was that...but over those few months my life was hell at work and other managers were looking at me like I was guilty and they would barely talk to me...That woman really tried to ruin me...So fuck that dumb bitch!!!

Ummm...so, I watched a video clip of the alleged incident. At some point, you can see his hand in front of her breasts, but the distance and angle doesn't give a clear vantage point to corroborate her claim. You can see her immediately put her hand up in front of his just shortly after his hand was in front of her breast, yet still not clear enough. What it does show, however, is the initial contact he made with her prior. He reached over and his whole hand wasn't just on her leg, but in between her legs. That is not to suggest that it went up her skirt, but it was clearly right at the hem. I think I would be more outraged about that instead of the breast touching accusation. 🤷🏾♂️
