@@MustangLifestyleTV I live in Lakeland and just bought a gen 1 with a a rod knock. Looks rebuildable. What machine shop do you use? I’d love to get someone that knows these engines to look at my block to let me know if it’s still good. I will have it all dissembled and ready to look at soon.
Marauder lifestyle. I want one but everyone I see is 12k+ for 200k miles. Back in the day 04-05 the old dudes would hang out at McDonald's and smoke their pipes with their marauders parked up front and the car show street races in the back were going on.
This is gonna be sick i was telling my brother we need to find a clean crown vic that's got a blown motor to do a coyote 10speed swap possibly boost it too

Makes me wonder… if you have ever swapped a ‘95 4.6L T-Bird with a Coyote? My car has got the IRS, with it being a ‘95! I thought it would be a cool swap someday. Just wanted your thoughts if you had ever tried it, or know of anyone else?
I do know you can take the K member from a 4.6 sn95 and use it in the foxbody for a coyote swap, so I’m almost positive that if your vehicle came with a mod motor in it, the coyote will bolt right up, but someone will correct me if I’m wrong
I have a 95 with a blown engine. All the 4.6 stuff is tbird specific meaning thats one of the hardest Ford's to coyote swap
@@brysonshires9742 Was sort of afraid of that. I do know the Lincoln Mark VIII version… of the Thunderbird had a 32 valve like the Marauder.

Battery should show 13.6v to 14.2v ish when the car is running. Love both Marauders.😊
Yes agreed. However most of these older 4v cars have a constant struggle with this. It also has a battery relocation which I’m not the biggest fan of because it has issues like this. I’m hopefully than a new alternator would kick the voltage up but not positive that it will
@MustangLifestyleTV That is very true. My 03' Vic was doing that. I went threw 3 alternators before it started working right. I finally took my original alternator to a starter/Alternator shop and they knocked it out and I've never had a prob since. We'll she isn't a 2v anymore. Ls3/6L90E going in. My 08'Vic will be getting a 5.0 6R80 after this swap is done. Gonna be a while lol. Driveway build here lol
@@MustangLifestyleTVcould check the redundant ground on the passenger rear side of the block by the trans dip stick. Seems to be a common issue with these being loose or coming off. Couldn’t hurt especially if the grounds on the battery have developed some corrosion or resistance.

Sounds like the previous owner had the timing pulled a lot to make up for the Vortec Blower that it had so that it wouldn't blow up
