The return of Brad Dingleberry! All jokes aside, I knew he was strong all along. He never needed to use fake weights. It only tarnished his reputation.
Did it? In a way, he is infamous in the industry. Sure it's from trolling everyone with fake weights but it's all for laughs really. He made it obvious enough that the only believers are village idiots.
Brad was also my motivation for training when I was a kid, 17 18 years old, now I'm 28. . . I know that at that time Brad was an absolute internet sensation with real muscles and lifting fake weights, some liked it, some didn't, but absolutely everyone watched, whoever liked to train watched Brad. . . . And if I knew that they were fake weights, I looked because I was sure that such a beast must be strong! Congratulations on this crazy strength, I haven't seen such a super close grip on the bench press for a long time, I used to do it that way, but it didn't work for my elbows, now I work with wide as a shoulders . . . *Larry and Brad are two LEGENDS of the sport!* 💪

Yeah, I mean you can be jacked like that when you're older for sure. I mean even into the 50s I think, Brad isn't 40 yet. The skin and the body stops looking as good though, but late 30s is one of the best times for strength and muscle. Hell some people hit strength plateaus in mid 40s. Brad has been jacked for years and to me has just maintained his physique. As long as he keeps lifting heavy and taking the same amount of gear then I think he will still have this physique for a while. Hopefully he can be like Ohearn. Guys who are still super jacked and strong and hitting PR's in their early 40s doesn't surprise me much. Getting close to 60 like me is insane to me though, and his skin looks good.

Are you really jacked, ripped, and strong at 40 still, or do you look young? Yeah as long as you keep it up you definitely shouldn't be losing any muscle or strength at 40 and I would think still gaining slowly, but a lot of people start to give up around then or before for some reason as well. Consistency is big like you said, and people lose it I think in the 30s and 40s sometimes. Even with the muscle though, a lot of peoples skin doesn't look as good in their mid 40's even if they have the muscle. How's your skin?

Really? I think he looks about 40? I mean a healthy 40 year old usually looks pretty young. 40 isn't old by any means. I mean if someone is a complete mess they could look 60 or older as I have seen addicts or alcoholics who do or even guys in their 20's or 30's who look over 60 and it's sad, but someone who works out and takes care of themselves could look 20's or 30's still. Only about 5 minutes in and haven't seen Bradly in prob almost 2 years (wasn't a fan). I'll just say that compared to previous, he seems more chill, more mature and def more likeable. Great vid thus far, gonna have to check out his channel again, cheers.

It's true but they also have a pretty big weight difference. Brad is actually huge for his size and his bodyfat is a little lower making him more separated but also, in the leg department, Brad's legs are very impressive and separated ripped and look bigger than Larry's. I'm very impressed with Bad and especially Larry for how far he's come in bodybuilding outside of his strength
I remember the days i was training like a maniac, watching Kiger strenght videos that showed Larry for the first time and Brad videos that were so easy to see fake weights 😅
You kidding? He seems reasonably healthy for sure, not a chance he would be lifting that heavy with that much intensity if his body was having that many issues. He's not even 40 yet lol, he's a young guy. I would assume Larry takes more than him, he's a lot bigger and stronger. Why do you assume he takes so much? I mean the pro heavyweight bodybuilders make him look small without a doubt, and I would assume they also take more than him.
@billj4525 he's 37 but been constantly blasting for how long? When on tren I could be a monster in the gym, endless energy, insane strength, looked healthy... I wasn't, I was lethargic out with the gym... also gotta remember most are taking pre workout drinks as well as PEDs before a workout, you'll be full of energy and healthy.

It’s not Bradley if he is not pulling his pants down after each set!!!
Is nice to see Brad working out with Larry
Dam had to pause and do a few things so took a little while to watch, it took so long it now has CC thankfully.
I'd love to see you guys hitting another bodypart/training day!
Only about 5 minutes in and haven't seen Bradly in prob almost 2 years (wasn't a fan). I'll just say that compared to previous, he seems more chill, more mature and def more likeable. Great vid thus far, gonna have to check out his channel again, cheers.
10 minutes in*
"Did I 'like' the video? Yup,already dropped a like."
30 minutes in*
"Did I 'like' the video? Oh yeah,I already dropped a like."
TH-cam should let you like a video twice 😂😂😂
Watching Brad after years since Phillion and others trolled him, it was cool to see him again. Dude came back just as fired up as he was in the past and more humble than ever.
I noticed just a tad bit of awkwardness between Larry and Brad more in the beginning, but it's just because they need to kick it more. Big ups to both, Larry's content is always 🔥🔥🔥
Larry wins in most poses due to size. Larry is a different breed!!!!
Always good shit Larry! Great energy! Brads the man!
" I don't do any powders " - goes on to say I take protein shake morning and evening.
Is it just me, or was Brad’s grip significantly closer on the close grip bench? Not only that, he did full extension. That guy is insanely strong.
Great job you guys! Glad to see yall collaborating and not collapsing upon one another.
These plates are indeed very real guys is a crazy way to start the vid off 🔥🔥
Never in my life did i think i would see larry wheels cosign brad castleberry. Great content
I remember the days i was training like a maniac, watching Kiger strenght videos that showed Larry for the first time and Brad videos that were so easy to see fake weights 😅
Glad to see Brad is still alive!
Unfortunately I cant imagine him living past 40 with the insane amounts of gear hes taking 💉
What does he take?
You don’t see him surviving 3 more years? 😂 You’re a clown bud. Brad got his hands on the youth serum Mike o’Hearn’s got
I wasn't, I was lethargic out with the gym... also gotta remember most are taking pre workout drinks as well as PEDs before a workout, you'll be full of energy and healthy.
you dont even know what he is taking. he could be on trt only for all we know. plus, dude looks the same age as larry despite being 10 years older than him. dont worry about brad, worry about yourself and your own gains brotha. maybe youll make some!
Oilright you guys! Today were taking a look at Brad Dingleberry *fart noise
Larry’s next level , Brads a beast FR !
I forgot about Brad dingleberry
Great video bro!!! It's great to see Brad he's a legend!!!
Bless that fat dude when he did the double bicep 22:28 😂 I damn near pissed myself
"I think I have the ultimate hamstrings in the world" 😂
I’d say Brad, Steve and Aaron are the guys who actually used a close grip when doing close-grip bench….
and holy moly, Latty’s rear lat spread is cRaZy!
