  • Found an interesting one with this reach-in-cooler having weak suction valves in compressor, causing the pressure to slowly drop lower and lower. I appreciate everyone watching. Please consider liking video and subscribing.

    When your leak detector is worth more than the prep table 😂

    When you upgrade to that style of drier, you need to add a little extra refrigerant. Sporlan has a chart for the amount the drier holds.

    When you see the frost on suction line at back the system is over charged. I think the old compressor has no problem.
    When You opened the system if there’s no any or little gas in the system somewhere is leaking. Normally inside of the box at evaporator side. You will get callback after a couple of months for sure.

      This was recorded in early 2020, so far they have had no issues but I see your point and appreciate the advice. 👍

      I’m sorry but your leak check was not sufficient
      30 years doing this you missed a leak
      200 PSI would have found your leak trace gas with 404a as well
      134a is hard to hit on 404 isn’t
      I also think there was nothing wrong the compressor pulling over 4 amps and called it weak or bad valves doesn’t make sense
      Don’t always trust tech support haven’t called them in years
      You are young and cocky some day you will figure it all the mistakes over the years

    Can you help me with my gdm-26? Fridge is 80 degrees, it was working well a couple of days ago. Fans and compressor all appear to be working.

    are True coolers reliable?

    • @HVACRSTRONJAY
      @HVACRSTRONJAY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I see alot of true coolers have issues but on the flip side they are usually easy to fix or not that expensive. But like all units its how much of a beating they get and if they get them tuned up regularly.

      @randomrazr 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HVACRSTRONJAY like cleanign the dust off the coils or more tune up necessary?

      100% If you take care of that true cooler it will take care of you.
