Paula, I couldn't think of any word to describe how much I love your channel and your creativity. You teach us how to listen to our body and relax our body with minimum equipment. You care about our mental and physical well-being. You know most of modern people have neck, shoulder, wrist pain and a lack of lower body mobility because we tend to sit all day. You wear basic shirt and pants like me so I can focus on doing practices with you, carefully watch your movements and listen to your instructions without being distracted. This practice is indeed perfect for all of us desk-bound office (& home office) workers, Paula! Got a little confused swirling my hips in the "Figure 8" portion. 😆 But your stretches are first class and the session length is perfect!
