Ingredients:
Filling:
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 Small onion, minced
1 cup Shopped chicken
1 cup Chicken broth
1/2 pkg Achote powder
1 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Cream of Rice
1 tbsp Donne Dinanche or pepper paste (optional)
Shell:
2 cups Corn flour
1/2 cup Corn starch
1 pkg Achote powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tsp Vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup Chicken broth
