JEN!!!!! I’m so impressed with your channel and have loved watching ALL of your videos! Great job!!! I only wish you would plate and taste each one at the end. Lol. So...I tried this recipe today and cut it in half exactly, but before I added the lemon powder I tasted the broth and it was very sour already so I decided not to put it. I also like more broth so I added 1/2 cup of water and I used 2/3 cup of coconut milk. I have to say that now I FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT KADON PIKA RECIPE I LIKE. I have tried other recipes but it was always missing something. I’m so happy! I can’t wait to try all your other recipes! God bless you and keep up the great videos!!!
Thank you for watching. I have to give God all the Glory for his wisdom, favor and blessings over this journey. Also to my husband the inspiration, motivation and for the behind the scenes work he adds to our channel. Always good to tweak the recipe to your tasting. I am #Humbled and #Honored that you are pleased with my channel. Much Love, JLo

Thanks for sharing . Just stop stop hitting or pounding of ladle against the metallic side of the pan . It’s distracting or annoying to people with sensitivities to sounds . Just a friendly suggestion. Good luck!
Nen, whenever I make that recipe. I dilute the soy sauce because a lot of people have high blood pressure and can’t have too much sodium. I also add fresh ginger. It looks good though! Good job!
Hafa Adai and thank you for your comment. Yes, it is always good to make it however you like it. Diluting it with water, great way to cut down on the saltiness for health reasons. Appreciate the love and support. Blessings ❤️
Ok... Larry is sick with the flu. He said he wants to eat kadon pika. He's usually the one that cooks this, but I followed your recipe Jen..and just finished bringing him his plate. I did it! So, it must be thanks to your easy to follow recipe. Thank You!

If possible use the THAI brand, don't use the cheap coconut milk! I actually buy the coconut cream instead of the milk, to me it just gives a smother, richer flavor!! YUMM! MY MOUTH IS WATERING JUST THINKING ABOUT IT! over some good white rice and fresh fenideni!!!!
Hafa Adai and thank you for watching. Appreciate your kind words and support. Definitely agree with you. My son always asks to have this about 2-3 times a week. Appreciate all the love and support. Blessings

I dated a lady from Guam and she used to make me this I remember it had lemons in it with rice and she always cooked when I came over and and said that her people take offense if you don't eat, all of her family would gather over after work drink beer and sing karaoke and they like that I went hard and wasn't sure shy. She's married with a kid to a Navy guy now. Can I make it with chicken thighs?
