@@farawayfred802 but you got to look at all the downsides. No couch, high prices electricity rate, high priced water rate, lots of wear and tear on the walls, no microwave, no washing machine.
Im not sure about Vietnam but I use to take my laundry to be wash and dry in thailand. It was folded and place in package. I assume vietnam has similiar? I usually stay with over my wife family in Hue.
@theoneaboveall7708 Yes they definitely do that service too it's just hard to go back to doing that lugging it around and paying for it when you have a washer and dryer in your current place. It feels like it's downgrading. 😃😃
We just paid rent for this month to stay at the same place we've been staying the whole time. But we will be looking once again this upcoming month for a new place.
Big bedroom but no washing machine?! Also why the difference in price in electricity/water...sounds like price gouging🤦 In Thailand I offer the landlord 3months rent upfront to skip the deposit and usually they agree😁.
Hei Will! One question! Can i apply for a new 3 month visa from Da nang (inside Vietnam)? i will make 2 nights out in Kuala lumpur, but i want to apply 2 3 weeks before my flight. It is possible? Or i have to be outside all the process, 4 5 days? If so, you have a recommandation for the bus one day new visa?
I've never been there or never even seen it before. But I could tell you a good range in my opinion for a one bedroom in this area is probably going to be starting around 275 a month and up to about $400 is about the maximum I would pay for a one bedroom in this area.
Great vid Will, Apartment was a bit dark i think.
@@beebees4680 yep dark, and weird setup. It did have potential but with the price and the downsides not really worth the price.
I like that the main bedroom haa a lot of lighting. The second bedroom i would make an office. Great video and you cant beat the price.

Great minds think alike 😎
Rockin to the moldies 😉👍🤣🤣🤣
Back in your days. 😄
great tips, thanks
@@vanillasf I appreciate you watching the video
Thank you for all of the videos. They are very informative.
Thank you I appreciate it
I think they made the 2nd bedroom from the living room. I wouldn't chance it with all of those issues.
@@bettyli6635 yea could of been the living room. We ended up passing on that place.
Seems like over price
@@Coffewithsteve yea over priced for what it was.
Another thing i noticed about that apartment no washer and dryer
🙀🙀

@@yamuiemata I have never paid a security deposit. Which is something that I know I'm going to hate if I have to end up doing it at a new apartment.
Hey Will,
What is that app that allows to negotiate a price for a ride share/motorcycle taxi you mentioned in a previous video?
Thank you!
@@SUKHUMVITSOI12 it's called indrive. Cheaper than grab.
@Willtravelz OK thank you Will!
@SUKHUMVITSOI12 no problem. 👍👍
I was thinking of haveing a look. Cheers for poppiing in. I'll avoid going in now.
It definitely had potential but couple of cons that I didn't like.
My God man. I'm in the same apartment as you at the moment.
Yes, My apartment overlooks the Golden Lotus Apartments. Ha ha. That means you are in the same apartment as I am.
Yes if you were in the biggest condo here than you're in the same building. Muong thanh.

Off the top of your head, do you have any idea how much an apartment at panorama is monthly? Thanks.

Very small will
I don’t like it
@@billyjohnson9166 it has a lot of potential but the multiple downsides of it make it not worth it at that price.
