Thanks for doing a 2-bedroom video! I would be very grateful if you could do another in District 1, 2 or 3 as well so I can get a better idea of what I will be getting for my money in these areas. Cheers, Steve
Vietnam would be a great place to retire IF… they had a retirement visa. They don’t. 90 days in and then you have to do a border run because they don’t want foreigners staying in country to retire. Marriage could be one way to stay.
This is way too GOOD! $340.00 a month. Compare this to the Philippines. The design interior in the Philippines is always based from 40 ft. container size. That's a one bed room costing you $800 to $1,200 a month. Just imagine how much if it was a 2 bedroom.
Its unusually" quite" because the place is unaffordable for most, trust me, even these two work all their life couldn't afford to buy one apartment here. Hence, mostly rent.
I used to stay & Live in Phu My Hung, D7 but I'll be moving to Grand Park when I come back to SGN.... nice to see an example of the apartments.. thanks for this viewing..
I am a retired when I sale my house I go back to Vietnam what I am looking for not to pay is . Car insurance £ 500 a year Road tax£ 300 . A year About £2.000 on diesel Home insurance £350 a year Council tax £ 2.200 a year. Public transport in the UK not cheap and not easy to get, if you live in London then Public transport is the best for Londoner. Your pay cheque have deduction of 20 percent taxes for people who earn under £40k a year, then everything you buy or call electric man come you will pay 20 percent taxes against the taxes man always on your back , that is why we have the Queen and now the king, we all pay for them they are expensive. You have all that waiting for you to come back, the taxes man miss you Chris 😅😅
Folks question why do people comes to a country and talk about how cheap ignoring the facts that for the local folks thats very expensive and it just makes the owners jack up the price please tone it down folks
It ain't cheap buddy, trust me. Want cheap it will be like tent cities slums like condition in USA. Well just stay where you are and if you cant afford to live where you are, sleep in a tent.
@@Đờimitry Sorry guy but I don't understand what you are trying to say, If you are agreeing with me say so because I think you are trying to say what i have said, and if you don't agree with me please re-read the question take care Happy New Year
It’s a great place to live, there are many restaurants, shops, water park like wonder winter land in London… they are building up restaurants along side synthetic beach. The train will be available by end of 2024 and highway will be available in 2026. I believe this area is great for leaving.
this is nice my man i would like to get to know more about this can you tell me is this 1 year contract or 6 months ? do we need to put deposits money and what else we need to pay other then maintenance fee
Hmm how about a house/villa near the beach somewhere around da nang? Is it possible for around $1500 for a 1 month stay ? And we are still wondering if the trip is doable with a 1yr old baby
i don't understand the economics, in America everything comes from China and if you built that apartment, it would cost you 500 a month and you would have to rent it for 800 to make a profit. where do they get materials from that they can build and rent that apt for 340$ a month? this warps my mind. also you keep talking about district 9 and its cracking me up... if you don't know that's the name of a really good film.
You have different taste than other people. Why one needs to live near the city center when they can live in this place and can access to anywhere they need easily?
you guyes better stop comparing with other contries in SE Asian. it's getting tiring hearint comparisons with other regions in SE Asia or others. STOP{ Comparising with others. Juist STOP. Thanks You

You know,
Didn’t expect to wake up from a nap to find my coworker’s apartment tour on the front of my TH-cam feed.

Give it some more time it’s slowly changing, I just want it to don’t lose the country identity.
That is a good value! Good video!

Beautiful views, private and nice quiet areas. Awesome!!

I am Vietnamese. Most of us use warm water for taking bath so hot water system must be installed in such level of apartment.
WOW! A fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a balcony is under $400/month, including all utilities and fees. UNBELIEVABLE!
Good content.💕Enjoyed it.❤Ty for sharing subscribed.🥰
I love it! I was there last year and it was a blast! Vietnam is a great place to visit. I really want to retire there in a few years!

Was too busy and crazy for me. Glad you like it.
When I saw the thumbnail and the price, I said that it must be Q9 and it was :))

Shame you didnt show the multiple pools mentioned. A building that big must jave good facilities.
True, that would have been good to include!
Great views, Thank you, May I ask:
What is the full monthly cost including electricity, air conditioner, heating, water, parking, other fees, etc?
Place looks great!!!!!
How far is the gym from your building?
007
amazing how far is this place from the train?
Being on the 26th floor you don't even need a gym, just run the stairs
😂
