Could you show more studio apartments in the 6.5 - 7.500,000 price range please? I have seen many on Facebook marketplace. That hotel room was too small to stay in longer than a week. One thing people should notice is where the AC unit is pointed. If it is pointed at the bed you will not be comfortable with the air blowing down on you! I am glad you are doing well after your medical visit, I can't wait to hear about that experience.

My company will be providing a power purchase agreement for 25 years to this resorts. I will make between 3 to 6k euros per month that will be my retirement pension for 25 years. The projects will take around six months. By next year June I will be there for sure. Maybe we can make our visa run to the Seychelles for a change were I can host you here.

@@ChasWatkins for those apartments it’s separate electric bill. It’s more like first come first serve. It’s low season now I think it won’t be a problem. Also in these streets there are so many still. I would suggest to get a cheap hotel first and then see which neighborhood is the best for you
@socialsamy Yes, I have signed up for Jolia until Jan 5th by booking 5 or 6 bookings of 2 weeks each, each of which I can cancel if I find a place I like. It seemed like the most flexible way. You might not know this, as there are lots of factors, but any estimate on what AC costs might be in the height of summer?
@@ChasWatkins our summer bill is $80 with probably 22h of AC running lots of electronics. Make sure you have proper electric rates and not marked up ones

All options pretty interesting! The one for 200 is crazy value! It’s small sure but that’s like 7 bucks a day. Crazy cheap. Maybe not for longterm but for a month or 2 it’s a good option.

An thuong area seems so overpriced for the size/quality right now, but maybe there are exceptions.. These apartments were more than 30% cheaper a year ago. Lot's of better choices in Hai Chau and Khue My. But for someone who doesn't have a motorbike and wants to be near beach and western food it's not a bad option I guess
Exactly you can even can the best deals and apartments close to the beach but north son tra but then you don’t have it walkable :( I would never wanna life in hai chau.

Yes you have to be there. Or have someone prepay it in person. With long term rental you go there sign a document give them a passport picture so they register you with the immigration and pay your rent and deposit very straight Forward and easy 10 mins. If you want to life here longterm and you never been here. Do yourself a favor and always rent a hotel first and walk the neighborhood to see what you like or dislike then approach apartment buildings. Getting studios or hotel apartments for longterm is very simple. Good quality cheap 1 bd room not

Thank you for showing. The first flat is somewhat pricey for da Nang and not that great. Personnally I prefer hotels, you can have a very nice room with a good monthly rate (under 300 $) and you have choice
If it’s a services apartment you can usually pay with credit card with 3% fee. Normal rental apartments usually not just cash or Vietnamese bank transfer. They usually take 1month to rent and 1month as a deposit. But all is always negotiable!
