    Sure, here's a simple recipe for Gehun ke Aatte ke Ladoo (Wheat Flour Ladoo):
    Ingredients:
    1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) , 1/2 cup suji, 3/4 cup besan
    1cup ghee (clarified butter)
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (elaichi)
    2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, cashews) - optional
    Instructions:
    Roasting the Flour:
    Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium-low heat.
    Add the ghee and let it melt completely.
    Once the ghee is hot, add the whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) , suji and besan to the pan.
    Cooking the Flour:
    Stir continuously and roast the flour on low to medium-low heat.
    Keep stirring to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning. The flour will gradually turn light brown and aromatic.
    This process will take about 10-12 minutes. Be patient and keep stirring.
    Adding Nuts (optional):
    If you're adding nuts, add them to the pan about halfway through roasting the flour. Stir them in so they get toasted along with the flour.
    Cooling:
    Once the flour turns golden brown and aromatic, add ilaichi (cardamom ) and sugar powder. After 5 min cooking, remove the pan from heat and transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl to cool.
    Adding Sugar and Flavorings:
    Once the mixture is cool enough to handle but still slightly warm, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well using your hands or a spoon. The warmth will help the sugar melt a bit and blend in.
    Shaping Ladoos:
    Take small portions of the mixture in your hands and shape them into round ladoos (balls). Press firmly while shaping to ensure they hold together well.
    If the mixture feels too dry to shape, you can add a bit more warm ghee (about 1-2 tablespoons) and mix well.
    Storing:
    Let the ladoos cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They stay fresh at room temperature for about a week.
