@@nobodyinabody Yes okay i love your energy here and you are on the right track. just to start off here i started playing violin when i was 8 and now i am 20 so 12 years, where i am going with that is there is no good age to start at, literally any age is the good age...... i just started teaching my mother and she is in her 50s. Plus i have students that are 8 years old and students in their 40s so yeah age does not matter =) my biggest recommendation's would be to buy suzuki violin book 1 and start playing through it. (BIG TIP whatever song you are currently practicing you have to listen to it a million times). in my first 6 months of playing i was still playing easy easy songs, chopin ballade no 1 and saint saenses are beautiful songs but it sounds like you need to play some easier stuff and figure your style out. i didn't play my first vivaldi song until multiple years in. and as for practice i have been playing about 45 minutes to a hour a day for the past 12 years, and yea its not always fun. practicing is like going to work or doing school its not always fun and not everybody even really likes it but its the work you have to put in to be good, and believe me 12 years passes quick and once they did i was left with the ability to teach and play an amazing insturment! best of luck to you i hope everything goes well.
I remember I was still in Suzuki book 3 and I looked ahead in Book 4 and just started to practice/play this piece because it looked so fun. My teacher was somewhat surprised but happy to jump to this one... so many good memories with Vivaldi.
9 days in and I'm almost finished, the ending(3:06) is tripping me up and my copy didn't have dynamics. I've only been playing for 11 months, so I don't feel too bad about myself for learning it without dynamics.

My teacher changes the accentuation and connections of the notes. Makes it harder and it sounds stupid too in my opinion.☹️ she is confident that’s what Vivaldi wanted 😒

My friend played this for a recital. We have the same teacher, and when I saw his music I was surprised by how easy it was. I was able to sight-read it nearly perfectly a few days later.
It’s not so bad!! I absolutely suck at violin (I think my teachers are catching on) but it basically like doing a scale (except you have the three notes after the first notes) so just practice them in parts: sometimes, I only do the finger parts, then add in the fingering or I go ultra slow and repeat a bar or 2 like 20 times. You can get through it!!

I think its not only the suzuki method, because I've learned the violin not in suzuki way but knows the numbers too :) But you are right, its a hint which finger should be used.
I have the same problem, what I'm doing is just taking it really slow at first to make sure I get all the notes and intonation correct and gradually get faster every time I nail it. Pretty much the same thing I did with measures 24-31. Good luck

oh yes, try going very slowly at 27-32, because intonation is what actually counts... (low first finger on the E string, low second on A, that stuff) also break it into small parts and practice these parts alone before putting it all together... Keep Trying!!
Crafted Circle Just keep practicing. I would recommend taking it slowly and in sections. Don't try to just rush through it. As Yonatan said, intonation is the real important thing. Practice it a lot, and you will eventually get it. I remember when I first played this, it was hard for me also.
