Considering Hiranandani's affidavit to be true:
1. Is it illegal to share parliamentary login credentials to a third party with express authorization from its owner?
2. Both Hiranandani and Mahua Moitra are guilty of corruption and should be indicted, if indeed, monetary exchanges have taken place in expectations of favorable policy decisions.
Somebody please clear up the position of the law in the first case.
Mahua is a lioness. She has been exposing Adani for a good 3 years now, well before Hindenburg report earlier this year. The sequence of events leave little doubt that Hiranandani has been coerced by CBI to issue statement against her. With all this, I have no doubt she will win her constituency in W. Bengal again assuming she gets a ticket.

The way I see it, those who have a clean conscience and nothing to hide will only have the guts to go up against Modani because it is no secret that questioning Modani is the biggest crime against Bharat under the current government, and those questioning them can be penalized for what they do. The government can fool only the fools and the ignorant with this strategy or approach of theirs. I guess the intellectuals who would really be concerned with this behavior are too few, thus making the government's plans successful.

Sharing of passwords is not a crime. Most MPs do that. They often have other draft the question as per their instruction, then they review and have someone else file the questions.
Why did Hiranandani confess and where is the question of confession when there was no investigation against him. Whom did he give the written statement to? Nishikant Dubey, Mohua's bitter rival? Hiranandani can be blackmailed to put out his statement. That he gave 2cr and jewellery needs to be proven. Anyone can accuse. The accused has to be deemed innocent until proven guilty. Can Hiranandani prove these things?
The ethics committee is asking questions like whom Mohua spends the night and sleeps with instead of relevant questions - evident that this is a harrassment exercise to remove one of biggest critique of Modani from the parliament.
The charge of bribery need to be investigated by the court and if proven guilty then only steps taken. Mark my words, theres gonna be no trial as there is no evidence.

There are plenty of arrest cases with non-bjp person without proper evidences, so I will not be surprised to see her arrest without any evidences for allegation.
