Been too long Grant, love the content, I think and instrument refresh will tidy the cockpit up nicely. As for Rusty... 12A turbo, 5 speed and have all the mechanicals robust and the body showing it's current patina with a matte clear over it would be awesome.

Thanks for answering my question, much appreciated. I'd like to use an RX-3 tacho and buzzer in my 808 just to give it that old rotary sort of theme, if that makes sense. Great tip on the dash vent cleaner too, I'll have to remember that. Also, I was going to send you pics of this other rusty 808 on Facebook but it looks like you don't have the message option activated.
Oh for sure. Id be keeping the tacho buzzer if it were a road car. Adds to that original feel. Messages are now active. No idea why they weren't before!
To be honest id love to make an 18A.... we do have enough housings we'd just need an e-shaft.... As for body work, I better finish the 808 before I take on another body project haha!
In for the RR deuce cruiser build on old rusty, but don't ratrod it, just a patina build with all the trinkets still on, more of a survivor build 👌
I think we all agree that the body should remain as is. Plus it's a faster build that way too!
