This home took over 10 years to complete, sitting partly finished on multiple occasions for years on end, they just finished the driveway last fall. Nice home but the noise from the highway directly below ( within 75’ ) would ruin any occasion. Cheers 🍻

@@MandeepBhalla the owner build most of it himself when he had the time and money. It was left abandoned for years without any work being done and completely exposed to the elements.

@@raghunandan0420 This is the Okanagan valley, Western Canada & USA’s summer play ground. Prices here are going through the roof, if you need your money washed this seems to be the place to do it. 😜

I think they meant 50 million for this home. This is a masterpiece of it’s for 5 mil.
Its incredible how low the price actually is. If this property was in Vancouver or Victoria it would probably be closer to 8 or 9 maybe even 10 mill. The average house in Victoria goes for 1.2mill.

Yes, I guess it just depends on your sensitivity and what you are used to? The highway sits WAY WAY below the property too. There's plenty of sound barrier technologies out there if you wanted to add that? Again, you can't hear anything inside the home.

For 4 million, you can get a private beach/boat slip and a nice house just in W Kelowna. Not worth living this close to the highway for that price point.
