I'm experimenting with Chicken Livers and Gizzards wrapped in bacon smoked. This was a fun experiment and came out great. Feel free to comment, like, subscribe. Smoke at 225 until the reach 165 internal. Boom, you're welcome.

With a Reqteq smoker, you can just turn the knob down and get the temperature you want.
