  • Hey guys, a slightly take on my normal adult gymnastics vlogs.
I hope this helps you structure your adult gymnastics session and gives you more insight into what I am doing in my session and why I am doing it.
I love filming these videos so please let me know if you did too in the comments.

as someone with social anxiety it's definitely tough to try new things/new places/not knowing anyone, so I definitely appreciated mentioning the warm-up as a time to "get used to the environment" and saying that you also feel nervous sometimes when things are different than what you're used to

Such a great vlog! Now I have new ideas on what to do next for warm-ups for my adult tumbling class, or open gym. Thank you!

Love love this Sophie! ❤️This is the perfect🤩Love the dynamic stretches etc. We have arranged warm up and stretches in my gymnastics class before we do gymnastics on our own, but I often find myself getting injured doing gymnastics after because the dynamic stretching and warm up was lacking. Most of my fellow gymnasts quit the sport just a few years ago and I just started after 11 years🤣 So I need to do more dynamic stretches and go easy😅You just gave me a lot of inspiration!! As always ❤️
