  • hi guys! i brought you along with me to my adult gymnastics class a couple weeks ago (one of my favourite hobbies) ✨
this video shows me practicing skills like cartwheels, aerials, walkovers and back handspring drills as well as some conditioning workouts + my splits and overspills stretching routine 💕

Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition and disability which causes involuntary movements called tics. I use my platforms on social media such as TikTok, TH-cam and Instagram to advocate and raise awareness for the condition and show what it is like living with a disability as a teen in school.
My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about tics, tic disorders and what its like to be a teen living with Tourette's syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and a seizure disorder (NEAD/NES).
I show what its like having tics and Tourettes in class and in school and college, vlog, and I also bake, do other challenges and answer all your questions in Q and A videos.
I am also an ambulatory wheelchair user so I show what life looks like using various mobility aids and how needs change from day to day!
I am also a musician! My newest release is my first single (original song) called "She's Mine" which is now available on all streaming services - I sing and play piano, guitar, ukulele and I write, produce, mix and master all my own songs and content myself!

Iv seen quite alot of comments saying but you didnt tic in this video, people with tics and tourettes dont tic all of the time and excersise amongst many other distractions can reduce tics to the point of minimal, and many tics will be bodily tics that you cant see on camera, hope this helps :)

I went to school for 8 years with a guy who had Tourette’s and there were several times where he was fine the whole day and then out of nowhere, he would have tics. Some would bitch that he was pinching or punching them, so I’d sit by them, because I can take it. I’ve been taking fighting classes since I was 7, so a pinch or a punch to the arm doesn’t bother me at all.

when I was younger, I could go to do sports at nighttime. Today, late 40's, when I hear "I go to gymnastics class, it's past 8 o'clock at night" - I just cannot imagine it. Especially having the whole week to come.
Would love to do it, looks much fun and professional and bright location.

I hope your shoulder gets better soon!! If you are open to it, a tip for getting back flexibility for walkoversi s doing a bridge with your chest against a wall and trying push your chest toward the wall. Once that is comfortable start walking your feet closer to your hands. I find that to be a nice stretch for me. Good luck! 😊

How do you manage being upside down in gym with your dizziness and fainting stuff? I also have similar fainting issues (potentially POTS, but they couldn’t work it out), and I have FND too.

hi i do cheerleading so here are some tips for your front walkover and back walkover
for your front walkover try to put your legs a bait closer to your hands in your bridge and then do 2 small swings and push up to stand then try doing it with on leg in front and stand
and when you do your back walkover try to kick as hard as possible and practice you standing bridges and you should learn them pretty soon
    you did great good job
