    I thought it would take me a few days to see the result, but it was there right at the end. It was an awesome flow. Even a yoga flow never made me so connected with my body. You're a magician. Keep up the good work Erica.Thank you so much. I can't praise you enough😊🙏

    Agreat fascia flow to awaken my stiff body in the morning. I like to sit still afterward to feel the effects it has on my body and blood flow.

    Your standing rotation is like a kung-fu routine. I like that.

  • @michelle9852

    The chair exercises look simular to push ups, so wouldn't be very safe for some one with diastrasis recti I'm guessing? Or do those exercises not work the upper abs?

      Focus first on learning how to properly connect and engage with your pelvic floor and deep core and that will assist you in your healing journey!

      Learning how to move your body in a new way will take a little bit of time! But with consistency the connections that I talk about will come ☺️

    Can you plz share which exercise to do reduce arm fat and stomach fat plZ

    • @sandtx4913
      @sandtx4913 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can't reduce fat in particular places. You have to change your diet, eat healthy (lowering your carbs and avoid seed oils, eat healthy fats) to reduce fat. Belly fat will be the last to reduce.

    Found some of the workout routines strenuous. Could it be too much fascial build up from too little daily physical activity?

    • @EricaZielFitness
      @EricaZielFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I always recommend to move through a range of motion that feels good for your body and never force a motion! Keep practicing and with time those connections will come 💖

    I have like pelvic floor tightness. And this causes ed for me.
    But even as I stretching my pelvic floor there's relief but as I come back. It's back again. I always used to sit (bad posture).
    Could this be bad fascia?

    • @EricaZielFitness
      @EricaZielFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Absolutely it could be! I recommend you download my free pelvic floor guide so you can learn my tips on how to effectively activate, release and strengthen your pelvic floor! ➡️ ericaziel.com/pelvicfloor

      @@EricaZielFitness uh I've got one more question.
      First off amazing exercises.
      I've been seeing a lil bit of improvement.
      My question is can I keep working out like
      Weighted pushups
      Crunches (anything ab related)
      Leg workouts?

    • @senrabetrollin
      @senrabetrollin 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or would these cause more problem?

    • @EricaZielFitness
      @EricaZielFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@senrabetrollin I recommend backing off as your body needs time to heal and it could be hurting you more than you know. If anything ever causes you discomfort refrain from it or try the modification. Eventually, you will be able to build back up to those exercises.

    Everybody is jumping on the Fascia bandwagon, fact is Fascia movement is exactly the same as yoga movement but the word Fascia is trending on social media . This isn’t even that good a yoga workout

    • @lulybsanto9439
      @lulybsanto9439 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      WRONG AND RUDE ! FIRST No one is using the word Yoga here but FASCIA. Education Since millions of years people talked about muscles BUT WHAT HOLDS NOT ONLY THE MUSCLES ? FASCIA is a sheath of stringy connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. It provides support to your muscles, tendons, ligaments, tissues, organs, nerves, joints and bones. When your fascia is healthy, it's flexible and stretches with you.

    • @kellib9314

      I'm not here because anything is "trending." I'm just here to get more fit and toned. Go be rude elsewhere

      Erica Ziel - I agree, Erica. Too much Yoga, even vinyasa, has become rigid, static and missing a certain ease. Not that it has to be that way. It’s certainly not a requirement.

      As each Yoga pose stands for a certain Hindu deitie, by practicing you are worshiping them. That's why I stopped Yoga. I'm not going to worshop deities of other religions.
