    I am very happy to have come across your video. I have danced for many years and then worked at a desk job and had a very difficult time returning to exercise due to fear of movement, injury and pain. Now I am trained as a dance movement therapist and I am currently becoming a yoga instructor. I am very interested in fascia-related topics. With the no pain no gain method and distorted body perception (eating disorders, obsession with thin- & fitness), I beat my body so much that core exercises are psychologically very challenging for me. I found it really helpful that this topic came up in this video, as well as the exercises and topics discussed in other videos on your channel. Great! Thank you very much for your effort! ❤❤❤

    If I may, how do l raise my vibration to accommodate my life purpose? My energy is stuck causing extreme pain in my calves and feet. I have experienced enlightenment but fell due to poor choices causing trauma in my body. I want to fulfill my purpose and return to God. I live in Sisters, Oregon.

      You can't reduce fat in particular places. You have to change your diet, eat healthy (lowering your carbs and avoid seed oils, eat healthy fats) to reduce fat. Belly fat will be the last to reduce.

    After 5 years (and counting) of chronic illness due to living in a house with a swamp of unseen mold behind 2 walls, then being severely injured caused by a certain Cvd-19 intervention, my whole body is inflamed, and my brain is on fire…. Will this help me ? and how ? How much does it cost ? Will insurance cover it ? Is it something you will have to do for the rest of your life to maintain the benefits ? Does it actually cure a disease or diseases ? Do you find out the root cause of the diseased bodies organ/s ? and the damage that’s been done ? Or does it just take away the symptoms ? Do you have any patients you can reference ? If the answers are YES, than I’d like to know if all of the benefits will continue when you still have to live in a moldy home ? Thank you.

    Can poor gut health cause PMR. Iwas just diagnosed with it i had never heard of it. I also sometimes but not now have IBS , I also have sudo gout, allergies, roseca, lichen plantus, and geographical toungue not sure if it's one. My son , granddaughter along with soy and diary allergies alongvwith any weeds and alot of plants found outside, both have celiac diease . So autoimmune runs in my family regrettably.

    hahaha, heating the tissue:D i've watched an experiment where they tried to cook an egg using two cellphones which were calling each other. the installation did not rise temperature of that egg at all. same with water. the wattage (power) of the emf from phones is so low, it's just incapable of heating. heating happens because phone has circuits which produce heat... uuuugh.... arr!:DD

    Dear Eric. I want to comment in general. I really appreciate that you are gentle in your approach and that you bring the awareness to what to FEEL in the body when you move doing a workout. You are present and clear, thank you for that.     I wanted to thank you for this. It is helping my tie together some of the pieces coming together I of the thoughts coming together are not to my pelvic floor PT, but to my daughter who is a licensed massage therapist who does a lot of fascial work. I have a rectocele and felt some of the limitations put on me by the PT to avoid "pressure" to the pelvic floor were actually making the problem worse because sometimes that "pressure" is stretching everything down there. I am also seeing a physical therapist who is helping me with balance and strength while being very mindful of range of motion. So much new information about the importance of fascia. A lot seems to be in my adductors. Yes the rectocele is in large part there because of a hysterectomy some 25 years ago because the support structure around the rectum is removed but it is so much more than that. My biggest focus is turning more towards range of motion of everything associated with hips and relaxing everything else.

    I have EDS and basically every symptom you spoke of, except instead of sleep apnea I have inexplicable nocturnal hypoxia and have to be on noc O2. I get over an hour of deep sleep now when, before the noc O2, I was only getting maybe 15 to 25 minutes of deep sleep.

    I am an Rn. I am marketing for a company that has a device that includes both PEMF aand Terahurtz waves. In the past a device including both of these healing properties would not be affordable for the average person. Therefore, patients would be forced to pay by the session to their provider.     Infra red therapy is truly amazing also. Some great results with it too. Earthing does help with back pain, so he is not correct in what he's saying.
