क्या जो कवच रेल के स्लीपर में कुछ कुछ दूरी पर लगाया जा रहा है क्या उसमे एक हाई पावर का कैमरा नही लगा सकते जिससे ये जो पटरियों पर जो अराजक तत्व कभी सिलेंडर कभी लोहे का पोल इत्यादि जो कर रहे है जिससे उनको आइडेंटिफाई करके पकड़ा जा सके ? जिससे लोको पायलट को आसानी से दिख जाए यानी पता चल जाए कि ट्रैक पर कुछ है और पायलट ट्रेन को समय रहते रोक दे ।

We do realize that locomotives for passengers should have been a by gone concept in 1990s itself. (As Ashwini ji himself states) Then are we doing proper planning as to not over invest in them?
China is already running 45,000km track length of bullet trains, which they will expand to 80,000km in next 10 years, all such kinds of safety systems and much more are pre built into such trainsets.

you can pre build in trains but you also have to implement track side equipment for it to function
