Folomov A1 Magnetic USB Charger review

I bought this USB charger (from Banggood for about 7 dollars) because I have single 18650 Li-ion cells which I need to charge sometimes. The great thing about this charger is that it doesn't block the USB port and it can also provide power from the cell, instead of charging only.

2:16 that's input current, assuming the cable uses a switching regulator the battery charging current should be higher

What voltage does the discharge function switch off at do you know?

I have not measured that yet, but my guess would be around 2.8 to 3.0 volts.
