Building the Power Supply for the Rotating Cross LED dot matrix DIY Kit

In this video I build the power supply required for the 'rotating cross led dot matrix diy kit'. First I designed the board layout in GIMP using a simple pencil tool and then I place the components on a empty board according to the layout I designed. It worked out pretty well and the power supply seems to work fine. I still have to test it using the rotating device itself.
In the next video I will put everything together to see if it works like it should.
