Funny how when it got to the construction section of the video, Lowe's decided to drop a commercial. Made me wonder if I could go to Lowe's and ask if they could give me the supplies I need to build one of these dreadnoughts LOL
This is the most in depth, detailed, well researched video I have ever seen when it comes to the Super Star Destroyer. Excellent job sir:) Your deserve more subscribers.
The Executor is no joke 5k turbo lasers and various point defense system ion and torpedo and concussion missiles very impressive with vader's being the most impressive as he had multiple upgrades added to it including improvement in the targeting array octuple and extremely heavy turbo lasers
Yeah all that taken out by ONE,I say again, ONE starfighter. Not some super starfighter but an A-Wing - speed and not much more. A damaged A-Wing at that. So umm yeah, impressive improvements and all, most impressive! 🤯

Good videos you know there is russian youtuber who also does explanations about Star wars topics and some of his videos are almost 3 hours long. Keep up good work.
For the main reactors(there's three on the bottom for Supers, one for typical), you forgot one main point: they're not traditional fusion cores, they are Solar Ionization Reactors or Stellar Furnaces. They have artificial miniature stars inside them. Far more advanced than the supplemental/backup fusion reactors...
Perhaps if the Executor was more practically design such as revolutionary power supply combined with more anti-fighter weaponry it may have been more practical and more worth the cost to make. Love the well researched and presented videos, think you can do the Harrower or Terminus class ships of the Sith Empire or the Providence class of the confederacy?
I know a lot of stuff is AI generated nowadays but when you're talking about the executor class of Star destroyer shouldn't you be having it in the video itself? I mean most of the stuff that I saw during the weapons section was videos of other types of star destroyers. Same thing with every section afterwards. Almost all of it was other types of star destroys or even ships that weren't star destroyers. If you're going to make a video about the executor class then have the executor class in the video.
I see a clip with Imperial hardware I think, "Hmmmm? Shoud I watch?" Then I see a TB helmet as your icon and as a TB I think, "Yes I must watch."😁😁 Can you guess who I am standing in between in my icon?
Calling the Executor a Star Dreadnought is incorrect. That assumption is made because the Imperial class is called a Star Destroyer. But the Destroyer in its name is NOT a classification. It is called that because it is believed that it was powerful enough to destroy a star. Applying the real world ship classification based on size is a fallacy. This is why the rebels have Star Cruisers that are approximately the same size as the Imperial class Star Destroyer, whereas in real life, Cruisers are much bigger than destroyers. The name is actually more similar to how we describe oil tankers. We collectively refer to the as tankers and the larger ones as Super Tankers. Even though the correct classifications are VLCC (Very Large Crude oil Carrier) and ULCC (Ultra Large Crude oil Carrier) or Post-Panamax. Plus its cannon name is “Super Star Destroyer” as spoken by Admiral Ackbar in RotJ. “Concentrate all fire power on that Super Star Destroyer.”
This video is terrible. You show multiple shots and none of the executor. You come across as knowing nothing about the class of ship this video is about. Did you use AI and not check it
I believe that no, there are no analogues to the super-star-destroyer among the navy. Although in our world in the First World War there was a class of ships called "dreadnoughts", they were little more than battleships, while the Executor was hundreds of times more powerful than ordinary star destroyers. Such huge ships and structures are only possible in space, but not on the planet.
🤔 . . . I honestly don’t think so, @@_Nordy_. Based on th-cam.com/video/V3MCxT4ntCk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=u5hhc_P-UdsjS8vd , its not impossible to convert such large commercial ships into worthy multi role command ships (i.e. Battlecarriers, capable of being a battleship & an aircraft carrier, preferably a helicopter carrier). Its been done before, converting cargo ships into escort carriers, but 🤷♂️… But the real question is should such a vessel exist in the first place OR should more than one country crew it under a unified banner? And what would justify such a ship to exist & to battle what? With what happened on September 11th, 2001, I wouldn’t be surprised if the United Nations commissioned three to four vessels, one per ocean, at minimum & such…
If I had to make an effort to pick a real-world comparison example to the super star destroyer, I’d say the best choice is the Imperial Japanese Navy Yamato-class Battleship from World War II. The Yamato-class were often referred to as the largest battleships of their time, and if I were, to be honest, I’d even go as far as to refer to the Yamato-class as super battleships. So, I would say that the Yamato-class Battleships were probably the closest real-world comparison to the Executor-class Super Star Destroyer.
A pre-refit Saladin Class Frigate could take an Executor Class out with 1 or 2 well placed Photon Torpedoes!! Imperial Weapons and Deflector Technology is totally inferior to Federation Technology!
One of the best-looking space battleships ever designed. It's impractical as can be but also Metal AF.

Do you have any idea how dangerous a Super Star Destroyer would be if it was armed with gravity wells?
It could potentially make it more practical given the sheer cost of the warship 🤔
@@Gaster_021 You mean impractical?
When would imagine that a ship of that size would have its own gravity well naturally
Thank you for pronouncing it correctly as in executive, not as in executioner.
