  • If you suffer from a long persisting facial palsy (several months or longer) with synkinesis and contracted muscles on the affected side, this video may help you. Stretch the muscles of your face to improve facial symmetry. Pause the video from time to time to perform all stretching movements slowly and multiple times. Take your time to compare the feeling on both sides, as the healthy sides serves as a model for the flexibility and stretchability.

    I'm recently diagnosed of bell's palsy 4 days ago. I hope to watch more videos and do accordingly. I pray for my recovery as well soon. 🇬🇭

    Oh my goodness ! 27 years I’ve had this effects on my face and never went to a Dr for it. My parents thought it was some superstitious thing and put herbs on my face . It eventually got 80% better but I always had an involuntary twitch on my left lip for each blink. I started doing some
    Research now at 40 yrs old because my left eye lid is feeling
    Heavy . I started this video
    Exercising just now and I felt soooo much tension on the side that twitches !! I am
    Hoping this will make a difference if I keep doing it
