Good morning/good evening to everyone. Many questions are coming up regarding which is the best magnesium for you. Here’s a video you might want to watch. 😊

For years I have used a product called calm calm I used to go directly to their company it is now sold by Swanson you mix it with a little hot water bubbles up you add more cold water you drink it right down. It goes right into your system. It is difficult for some magnesium to be broken down and your stomach a lot of people do not have enough time. Anyway this product has worked for me. If I get a leg cramp I know immediately that I have a lack of magnesium. Also if they would use it in ambulances it stops a stroke immediately.

I did not say people don't have enough time I said they do not have enough hydrochloric acid in their stomach.

Read prevent and reverse heart disease by Dr. Esselstyn. He and many prominent plant based doctors say oil injures the endothelial lining of the arteries and should not be consumed, even olive oil. These are the free flowing oils that are bottled like olive oil, canola oil etc. All extracted oils.

My doctor said I didn't need magnesium. My heart was acting up and I was drinking a beer a night and my heart straightened up. Then I saw where a world renowned cardiologist was treating people with magnesium. I started taking a magnesium supplement. I was on medication for high blood pressure, and calcium blocker. I'm taking two table spoons of apple cider vinegar, a quarter teaspoon of Cheyenne pepper everyday. I take no more big pharma meds anymore. My heart needs potassium, magnesium, and sodium to function normally. I take Cheyenne pepper instead of aspirin to prevent stroke. There is plenty of information on the internet on how to keep your heart healthy naturally. This doctor is a great source for keeping you healthy.

It's all been done by design. The Rockefellers hijacked our medical system and the only way they could make money is to keep us sick. They don't want us well. They want us to be kept in a state of illness so they can make their money off of prescriptions and medical procedures, but praise God that's all going to change here pretty soon. The medical industry is going to be revamped. And the pharmaceutical industry is going down. Hallelujah

But my experience, and I'm 60, is that most doctors don't want to have a conversation with you and they often speak to me as if I know nothing about my own body after all these years. 🙄 I think I know it pretty well lol. Our appointments should take more than 4 minutes...they should take at least 20 minutes to teach us all the things you are teaching us on utube!!!👍

I remember when my medical plan, at the time, was with Kaiser Permanente in California (an HMO medical plan) and the nurse peeking into the examination room with the doctor and me and mumbling something to the doctor and pointing to her watch to keep him on schedule. It was only 2 minutes into the consult!!! The poor doctor you could see the frustration on his face but he made me feel that I don't have to hurry in explaining why I was there. I hope he still had the job when I left.

My doctor said to buy some magnesium citrate capsules (NOT tablets because sometimes they don’t completely dissolve in the digestive system) and take one a day for a week. If symptoms aren’t better, then take two a day. If still not better, go to three a day for a week, and so on. Very hard to overdose, he said. I got up to eight capsules (about 1,000 mg) and suddenly my heart palpitations were GONE! Blood pressure solidly low/normal for my age (late 70’s). Doc said fine.
I think the guidelines for supplementation (up to 400 mg/day), were made before our soils were so depleted of magnesium by big agriculture methods, and we could get a normal amount of magnesium from our diet. Now, that’s not true, but huge farms don’t want to replenish soil magnesium because that’s expensive, and the cost will eat into their profits. So we need to supplement ourselves to be healthy.

I have watched many of your videos and they have helped me soo much DR. Mandell. I just love your channel. Im not sure why our doctors are not telling us these things! They always go to medicine and add tons of side effects piled on our problems whin our body. I am on so many meds that they fill a gallon zip lock bag. have awrul high blood pressure amongst many many many many more. I feel like im a walking talking medical textbook! I feel very sick every day. I have about 6 bowel movements a month. Yes i said a months. I started taking pre and prebiotics. They have made me feel a bit better but not much. I went to see a vascular specialist who is having me do an ultrasound latter this month as he said i had narrowing of artery. Just by feeling my legs in certain areas. Im going to see what his opinion is. And lets see if he tries to put me on a med or if ill need a stint. Not liking that. I hope a lot of young adults are watching your channel so they can learn to feed our bodies with what they need and to not always take what they tell us. I olso think there should be a change where doctors are required to give us this info before making us druggies in a sense as they push them.
So thank you for your knowledge. Hope it breeds a new generation of healthier people!

I heard that magnesium is involved in about 500 processes in the body. I have experienced fatigue and nervousness when I don't take it. It also helps me detoxing so I take it at night. Love your channel and vibe ❤

I haven't taken magnesium at night lately but thank you for telling me, will see if my dreams are more intense. I usually have bad dreams when I eat chicken, it depends how the chicken was treated before killing.@@perentee77

    Thanks Dr Mandell.
The quickest way I increased my magnesium intake was by blending greens - especially leafy greens together with a green apple or kiwi fruit. Got Mg level to normal range within a month. I learned that its comes from chlorophyll - the chemical structure has Mg in it(C55H72MgN4O5). I love blending now, sorted out nearly all my nutritional deficiencies. I also add seeds to some of the blends. Cacao increased my Zn levels quickly too.
