Loved this review you did right now am torn between the two speakers and the BOSE 812 with f1 sub. If you ever had a Chance to hear the both please give me a idea what you think
I had the bose 812 and let me tell you my experience. I had them for 4 years maybe 5 and before I had those I had Qsc k12. Let me tell you that I really missed my Qsc speakers! What the Bose F1 system lacks in is the low end. I will have big events with 300-400 people and it was lacking on bass. The high and mids sounded amazing on the bose but it just had that problem. Now I have 4 k12.2 tops 2 ks118 and 1 ks212c and I’m thinking of adding one more ks212c. I kinda regretted going to bose and leaving Qsc but now I’m happy with my change back to QSC

What setting do you use for dj?
I use the dance setting and it is sufficient enough for a room up to 150 without a sub - but you can make other EQ adjustments (- 1.5 on the highs, -2.5 on the mids and +2 on the low) this works fine aswell.

I just got a pair of those qsc k12.2
Thes speakers get very harsh when push loud
never experienced that before.
