Big sound improvement. We’ve been running K10’s for 9 years and really didn’t have room to pack the 12’s. But now we do plus we have larger outside shoes this year so these were a necessity. Love the sound and very good review.
Hi, I know this an old upload of yours but I have a question.. How is the bass at low/med volumes? I tried to hear a set of these at Guitar Center but when he played them they had almost NO BASS.. The guy stated that there should be more bass and that the mixer they were using must have an issue. Would these have good bass response at low/medium volume ( for DJ practicing and listening to music at home ) ? Thanks!
I feel they have decent bass. But we also run a pair of them at our larger DJ shows using a pair of KSUBS which makes them sound really good. For low medium volume I feel these would have good bass. I did another video review on the Mackie SRM-212s and felt they had more bass than the QSCs, but the QSCs we're crisper sounding here: th-cam.com/video/JscBS3qwhRI/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching!
Will do at some point (indoors only!)... Outdoors, you may need, QSC KW153, etc.. keep in mind.. outdoors it's better to go for 130+dB SPL continuous for long throw. Higher the better. Outdoors - 40hz cutoff. Because you will not be able to cover distance if you generate frequencies below 40hz. Indoors, go as low you want to go.

On my k12.2s sometimes the power is still on but no sounds comes out.
Our band owns these speakers. Last time It happened to us during the third live show on it. Hope it was the first and the last
