This will be awesome to watch, and the follow-up will be great fun to actually see the car being raced in the series. Rob.. how do you guys get past the vat/duty on import and also when you post the built car back to Jorge. That is what i can't figure out for people outside the states who want to enter the proxy races ? Thanks for sharing the beginnings of this build 👍
VAT is always a worry, but really if the value is under £15 or marked as a gift, it should be VAT free. So between friends you should be fine, but shops, who knows, it is a problem!
@SwiftSlots thanks Rob .here in Latvia, the customs are viscous. They wouldn't let a gift from outside the eu past them, and unfortunately, it's a huge hassle to pay vat/tax and agent fees
